Hospital Name Contact Number Notes Hinchingbrooke 0800 052 1042 A new helpline has been set up for relatives of patients admitted to Hinchingbrooke during the coronavirus outbreak. The phone line is dedicated to providing updates on patients and is available to people with loved ones on Critical Care, the Medical Short Stay Unit and Birch Ward at Hinchingbrooke. Families are being asked to identify one person to be the point of contact who can ring for updates then share the information with others. The helpline is open 8am-7pm, 7 days a week. Adults are also able to receive help from qualified counsellors via drop-in or scheduled online chat sessions. Lincs Lifecraft https://lifecraft.org.uk/ Lifecraft has extended its mental health helpline - Lifeline - by five hours, which is now available on 0808 808 2121, from 2pm to 11pm. Notes Tesco 9am - 10am Mon - Sat All tesco stores will now close between 10pm - 6am to allow for cleaning and restocking. 3 item limit on all purchases, with a maximum of 80 items per order. Home delivery and click and collect are both strained due to demand. Aldi not at present Aldi are limiting purchases to 4 of every different item. The order will take 24 hours to process, and payment will be taken through a contactless card by the delivery driver. Help will be given by staff to any elderly and vulnerable that need it. Morrisons Peterborough have advised that the first hour each day will be prioritised for NHS staff. Morrisons launches next day delivery on food orders - the new next-day online service will deliver groceries within 24 hours - however the catch is that you won't be able to choose what you order - essentials boxes including either meat or vegetable based products. Sainsburys 7.30am - 8.00am - priority access for NHS and Key Sainsburys are also looking at adding priority delivery slots for the elderly and the vulnerable.
