Vide letter Ref No. NSE/LIST/ 53690 dated 10th December 2015, NSE has permitted listing of the Company’s Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on the Debt segment with effect from 10th December 2015. The Company had entered into Long Term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC, for 300 MW), Kerala State Electricity Board Limited (KSEB for 150 MW) and Tata Power Trading Company Limited [300 MW each for Tata Power Delhi Distribution Limited (TPDDL) and West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) respectively]. Long Term Open Access (LTOA) was earlier made available by Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) to DVC, TPDDL and WBSEDCL for its 900 MW capacity. The remaining LTOA for 150 MW to KSEB has now been allocated by PGCIL. The Company has commenced evacuating 150 MW power to KSEB. With this allocation of LTOA, the entire 1,050 MW installed capacity of the Company has been tied up. We request you to kindly take the same on your record.     Tourist Places in and around Dhanbad Dhanbad the coal capital of India lies at the western part of Eastern Indian Shield, the Dhanbad district is ornamented by several tourist spots, namely Parasnath Hill, Parasnath Temple, Topchanchi, famous Jharia coalfields, to mention a few. According to Jain tradition, no less than 23 out of 24 Tirthankaras (including Parsvanatha) are believed to have attained salvation here. Baidyanath Temple Baidyanath Jyotirlinga temple, also known as Baba dham and Baidyanath dham is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas, the most sacred abodes of Shiva. It is located in Deoghar at a distance of 134 km from Dhanbad. It is a temple complex consisting of the main temple of Baba Baidyanath, where the Jyotirlinga is installed, and 21 other temples. Maithon Dam Maithon is 52 km from Dhanbad. This is the biggest reservoir in the Damodar Valley. This dam, designed for flood control, has been built on Barakar river.
