They were around 2 pounds. Fluke fishing is decent in the bay, and will gel better in Sept., as the fish bunch up to leave. An erratic summer of Bluefishing remains. There is decent fishing at the Mud Buoy tot large fish to 15 pounds. Small ones are being jigged along the beach and in Rarilan Bay. Some Weakfish are mixed in. Bonito showing inshore, and should get better. After Kingfish on the Long Branch Jetty. I caught only crabs. They are being caught Teo "Weebles" Weber with 10 pound Channel off the Highlands. Keansburg Pier, and jet- Catfish caught in the Delaware River above ties around Spring Lake to Seaside. Walpack Bend on a Shad Dart. Fresh Water A 15 pound Pike was caught at The Sayreville Express completed its first travel soccer season with a 7-1 -2 record finishing Farrington Lake, along with the Largemouth 2nd in its division. Brian Tuohy and Adam Wilson led the Express in scoring as it competed Bass to pounds. I caught some Bass up to 14 in the National U-9 Division of MOSA.
