I enjoyed meeting some old characters again and the new characters and world building also were quite pleasant. It builds on much of the old universe and lore and makes you smile several Kobato: v. 6 over, when you encounter titbits from other series. The new characters quickly find a way into your heart. Sometimes the typologies and actions reminded me too much of other Kobato: v. 6 and therefore the outcome of the story was exactly as I had expected it to be. But t Kobato was a really wonderful series. But that might also be because of the love for certain themes and topics. Wishes, sacrifices, secret wishes, the power of love, memory loss or regaining of such memories, lovers of different worlds and being able to say "I love you" were just some of them. The only thing that I felt was amiss, was that the ending was a bit rushed. I would Kobato: v. 6 enjoyed some additional pages for built up and ending and a more thorough wrap-up of Ginsei's story arc. Seeing Sayaka and Kazuto again at the end would also have been nice. Jul 15, kerrycat rated it it was amazing Shelves: clampfavoritesmanga. Iorogi reminds me so much of Kurogane TRC. Sep 07, Anh rated it liked it. I was a little down knowing that it was the last volume. From the previous chapters, I expected the story to develop into a heroic fight between hell and heaven where every "animals" returned Kobato: v. 6 their real forms and some unexpected secrets behind Kobato's existence would be revealed. But throughoutly, it was a nice manga with bright and clean sketches, really refreshing after the gloominess of Tsubasa and xxxHolic. And I Kobato: v. 6 a little bit biased but Kobato reminded me of my Cardcaptor Kobato: v. 6 so I I was a little down knowing that it was the last volume. Aug 15, Asma rated it really liked it Shelves: manga. I had a feeling while finishing the last book that there's supposed to be a second season. The ending was a great one yet it missed a lot of things and left some questions unanswered such as what will happen to everyone who revolves around Kobato. It's either that they stopped doing the second season or they had a different conclusion but they decided to Kobato: v. 6 with this ending because of some unknown reasons. Other than thatthis manga is a Kobato: v. 6 one and the cover is gorgeous ; it gives colour I had a feeling while finishing the last book that there's supposed to be a second season. Jun 27, Mads rated it really liked it. Holy cow, what a bombastic end to the series! Pretty much everything is wrapped up in Kobato: v. 6 neat little bow, even if some of the resolutions are bittersweet. All I can say is that if you've read this far, you likely won't be disappointed by the conclusion to Kobato. Now for the few issues that keep this recommendation from a full five stars. It's nice to know that they'll be together soon, even if it's not in Kobato's lifetime. However, I can Holy cow, what a bombastic Kobato: v. 6 to the series! However, I can't say the same for Kobato and Fujimoto. Kobato chooses to die to help out the kindergarten, which is a great twist I didn't see coming. She is eventually Kobato: v. 6, this time with all of her memories of her previous life. Still great, cool comedic moments ensue. Then she reunites with Fujimoto, and this is where it starts to fall apart. Not only is Fujimoto's declaration of love pretty out-of-character, there is now at least a twenty-year age difference between the two of them. Considering that Kobato is now a minor, this is pretty Kobato: v. 6 to think about. It's very convenient how CLAMP didn't write any further than them embracing after so long a separation, because I'm not sure if this relationship would pan out for the better. Other than that, the conclusion of Okiura's arc almost comes Kobato: v. 6 of nowhere and, while emotionally heart- pounding and fun to read, is also EXTREMELY rushed much like a lot of the exposition towards the end of the series! I did enjoy the series, but I don't think I'll re-read it any time soon. View 1 comment. Kobato: v. 6 26, Jillian -always aspiring- rated it liked it Shelves: manga-i-have-readreads. This was actually a palatable ending for a CLAMP manga, all things considered, though it was a bit exposition-heavy at times. I guess it may Kobato: v. 6 time to reread Wish now!! Jun 26, Laura rated it really liked it Shelves: mangalibrary-books. I really like how the Kobato: v. 6 series concluded. I do have some Kobato: v. 6 feelings that Kobato is only 16 and Fujimoto has to be at least twice that, more most likely cuz he was already in college before, but still largely very sweet and hopeful for everyone. May 11, Rhenda rated it really liked it Shelves: manga. It ended in a rush in my opinion but it ended nicely all the same Aug 14, Mel rated it it was amazing Shelves: mangaorcomicshoujo. Waaaaaahhhh I read this manga when I was high school and years already passed. Was this comment useful? I like it. Rating: 8. So i've finished reading Kobato in two days, I dont Kobato: v. 6 know how that happened. First of all i dont even think the Kobato: v. 6 was all that good and well concepted. Eventhough the characters were really cliche, the whole atmosphere and how the characters interacted with each other was really beautiful. Tho Kobato: v. 6 really wish that the whole thing with god and the angles and so on shouldve been shown mote clearly, im interested in that, and that whouldve given the characters way more depth as well! A snorefest Rating: 4. But for some reason I just can't bring myself to like this. I bought all the volumes when they came out, but finishing the whole series took me six years. Yes, 6 years. I literally had to force myself to read the last volume just so I could finally move this series to my complete list. Yeah, the art was beautiful as usual and the dialogue Kobato: v. 6 okay, but I could care less about the Kobato: v. 6. Kobato was annoying af, Fujimoto a typical tsundere guy and Sayaka The only interesting character was the supposed "bad guy" Okiura. Another, and the biggest Kobato: v. 6 point in Kobato: v. 6 series was the storyline. You could argue that xxxHolic also started slow, but Kobato. Basically the first 5 volumes are about Kobato dealing with the kindergarten and it's problems, and then we are suddenly revealed an insane amount of information about heavenly wars and royal families and angels and whatever. CLAMP could Kobato: v. 6 dropped more hints here and there Kobato: v. 6 the early volumes, since most of the time you have absolutely no clue what the Ioryogi and co. I still haven't watched the anime since I wanted to finish the manga first, but I honestly think that Kobato: v. 6 type of series works better as an anime, since it has a slight slice-of-life feel to it. And I tend to enjoy slice-of-life shows. So please don't call me a "person who can't appreciate a deep story because they only read and watch action series", since Maria-sama ga Miteru, Hachimitsu to and Hourou Kobato: v. 6 are all series that I like. Rating: Rating: 7. There were A LOT of repetitive themes, but I wouln't mind it that much, if the plot didn't feel so rushed. Especially the last chapter. I don't think it was orginally planned to be such a Kobato: v. 6 series Anyway, it wasn't Kobato: v. 6 bad, but I was still dissapointed. Just one word to describe this: wow! I've seen the anime and I just can't stop watching it! I've finished the whole series but I just kept replaying it over and over. That's how amazing this is. I've read few works by clamp such as Chobits, Cardcaptors, Tsubasa and Suki. Although there are some recurring themes such as the otherworldly Although there were plenty of twists and turns and requires a lot of attention otherwise it would get confusing Kobato: v. 6, it still is a marvelous plot. Kobato: v. 6 highlight to view. I've re-read some of the events that happened especially the ones that needs clearing up. It seems that it is Kobato that is the main character of the story but she's not. It's actually Ioryogi-san. We know that Iorogi-san fell for the angel Kobato and that the angel Kobato and the human Kobato share the same soul. Now, the human Kobato fell for Fujimoto-san. From what Kohaku the angel on earth said, she and Shuichiro are "soul mates" and that's why every time Shuichiro gets reincarnated, they still get attracted to each other. Kobato: v. 6 asked her Kobato: v. 6 she would then do if Shuichiro chose another. This is where Iorogi comes in. Would he let Kobato go knowing that the human Kobato loves Fujimoto or would he want Kobato to fill the bottle up so that the angel Kobato can live with him since they are in love with each other. I disagree with some comments down there vvv I dont realy care if this was clamps Work whatever The plot is good a lot of mystery The characters are quite reasonable it kinda make sense why some characters act. I like Kobato I like those too, of course. Next Page.
