I am also a self-taught artist and developer with a degree in game design and development. I have close to 10 years games industry experience with a variety of roles credited to me, and span all the way from my first title on WiiWare to Gears 5. EXPERIENCE The Coalition Software Test Engineer 1 Vancouver Working with a large team on Gears 5 post launch Mar 2021 - Present content. Using Fiddler, Unreal 4, Perforce, Jira, Visual Studio, Elgato, NEWT, and several in-house tools. Coordinating with the team, devs, and community service reps to test issues, new content, and new features, as well as updating and documenting practices for future employees. Nominated for two Biovations by my coworkers for my enthusiasm and eagerness to help out in all departments. Worked closely with developers and outsource QA to rapidly implement bug fixes. I handled the customer support tickets, scheduled and ran the community's event calendars and economy, created and managed the marketing and social media content, coordinated with a moderator team to communicate with the game developers, test and implement new patches, and have a friendly public facing persona as well. I also assisted with the running of other MMOs. While working there, I got a major patch out of the QA phase, and enjoyed a 250% increase in DAU. My main game was: Lucent Heart (PC).
