Is Milwaukee coming out with new accessories for this tool? Yes, Milwaukee will be adding a 5-7/8” blade to the accessory line that can be purchased separately.
What is the benefit of 5-7/8” over 5-3/8”? 5-7/8” gives the saw a max cut depth of 2-1/4” which is enough capacity to cut pieces of 2” diameter material in 1 pass.
Does this tool have chip collection? No, the chip collection feature in saws this size does not collect a majority of the chips produced in application. Instead, we added features to the guard to better control the direction of chips and to keep them from going back at the user.
Is there a HD9.0 kit coming? No, there will not be a separate kit that contains HD9.0 batteries. They can be purchased separately.
What kind of run-time does the M18 FUEL™ Metal Circ get with an M18™ HD9.0 battery? The M18™ HD9.0 battery will approximately double the run-time of the M18 FUEL™ Metal Circ in any application compared to XC5.0.
