CALL MEETING TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM After notices were duly issued pursuant to Title 5 GCA, Trustee Obispo None None Chapter 8, Open Government Law, Section 8107(a) and with a quorum present, Trustee Waibel called to order the regular meeting of the GMHA Board of Trustees at 5:02 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24, 2021 via Zoom Video Conferencing. II. EXECUTIVE SESSION At the written requests of Hospital Administrator, Mrs. All Board None Approved Posadas, Trustee Davis motioned, and it was seconded Members by Trustee Nededog to hold an executive session to discuss matters pending litigation. The Motion carried with all ayes. The Board of Trustees went into executive session at 5:03 p.m. At 5:17 p.m., the Board reconvened for regular session. Trustee Davis motioned, and it was seconded by Approved Trustee Almonte, to approve the settlements for claims submitted by the Law Offices of Minakshi V. Hemlani and Catholic Social Services. December 30, 2020 Trustee Dr. Um motioned, and it was seconded by All Board None Approved Trustee Evaristo to approve the minutes of December Members B. Patient Census Covid Census (As of February 24, 2021): 6 Executive None Informational (2 ICU, and of the 2, 1 is on ventilator support) Management B. Vaccination Program The vaccination clinic is being held once a week for Executive None Informational employees. Management Total vaccinations administered: 4,866 doses Total # of Individuals Vaccinated: 3,187 Vaccinated Staff and Licensed Practitioners: 72% Strategic goal is 90% by March. About 30 staff are getting vaccinated every week. C. FEMA Public Assistance for Travel The application is in the final stage of approval. Ms. Executive Updates to be Informational Nurses Hechanova remains in contact with FEMA representative Management provided at Bryant Trang regarding the status. the next scheduled meeting. D. Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) The Hospital is still working with the Attorney General’s Executive Updates to be Informational Office to get the RCM project fulfilled. Management provided at the next scheduled meeting. E. Takecare Insurance Company The reconciliation audit is ongoing with Ernest and Executive Updates to be Informational Young. A meeting will be taking place to get an update. Management provided at the next scheduled meeting. F.
