CIRCULAR 18/12 – Declaration of Leagues 2019 Youth Boys’ Competitions Page 2. The 2019 application process supported Clubs to improve their governance and operations. By meeting the requirements of the process, it helps to protect Clubs, their players and other stakeholders. The process allows Football NSW to continue to strengthen the administration of Clubs competing in our competitions and identify areas where Football NSW can provide further support. While the vast majority of Clubs completed their requirements within the timeframe provided, regrettably some Clubs were unable to do so. As a result, the prescribed sanctions, communicated to Clubs in advance, were applied. Those sanctions ranged from fines to the loss of Club Championship points. Identified above are the clubs that have been sanctioned with a loss of Club Championship points due to the significance of their non-compliance. Clubs are advised that the entry of all Clubs into the 2019 FNSW Competitions is subject to the execution of the Participation Agreement by Football NSW (as per clause 2.1 of the Participation Agreement) and, in the case of the Clubs identified above with the symbol *, completion of outstanding compliance requirements by 5:00pm on Wednesday, 31 October 2018.
