About this Advisory
We would like to inform you that the following medical providers have sent official advice and/or notice indicating that they are at full bed capacity as of April 2, 2020 , and as such are not able to accept confinements or admissions as of the time and date of this update.
Please note that the information contained here may change without prior notice. However, we will exert best efforts to keep members updated through this advisory. A variety of factors, such as manpower, travel constraints brought about by the lockdown, hospital supplies, availability of hospital beds, and so on affect each hospital’s admissions policy.
In case of admission, we encourage members to call hospitals first or seek the assistance of our 24/7 Client Care Hotline in checking whether the hospital may accommodate your admission, subject to availability. Our Client Care hotline may also assist by providing alternative hospitals, in case of non- availability at your preferred accredited hospital.
