PR Canal+ Goup TOGETER at HOME 11.04.2020 PRESS RELEASE Paris, April 11, 2020 CANAL+ GROUP WILL BROADCAST THE EXCEPTIONAL LIVE EVENT "ONE WORLD: TOGETHER AT HOME" IN 30 COUNTRIES "One World: Together At Home" is an exceptional live event that will air on April 18 at the initiative of singer Lady Gaga and the charity Global Citizen. Carried by many international artists in this time of unprecedented global pandemic, it is meant to support healthcare workers and raise funds for the World Health Organization. In order to give as many people as possible access to this global event of solidarity and sharing, Canal+ Group will broadcast it in 30 countries: • The concert will be broadcasted live on CSTAR in France during the night of Saturday, April 18 to Sunday, April 19 at 2:00 am. It will also be live on CSTAR's social networks with the hashtag #TogetherAtHome; • It will then be available in replay for 72 hours on myCANAL; • The event will also be broadcasted on Sunday, April 19 in prime time on CANAL+ Africa as well as on the Group's antennas in Poland, Vietnam and Myanmar. "One World: Together At Home" will be held around the world, across platforms and channels, and will be hosted in the United States by the American late-night show stars trio Jimmy Kimmel, Stephen Colbert and Jimmy Fallon. Global health experts will go live from their homes one after another as well as legendary artists like Paul McCartney, Andrea Bocelli, Stevie Wonder, Eddie Vedder, Elton John, Billie Eilish or Chris Martin from Coldplay.     Dichotomie entre la consommation et la communication TV par TVTY. INSIGHTS A l'aune de la plus grande crise économique mondiale, la consommation TV n'a jamais été aussi importante. Grâce à la mesure de l’activité des box depuis le début du confinement, le nombre de téléspectateurs quotidien a augmenté de 15%, la consommation TV linéaire de +30% et même de +70% pour la VOD (donnée opérateur venant de la consommation des box). En terme de communication, alors que sur les 3 dernières années, sur la semaine 12 c’est à dire du 16 au 22 mars, nous pouvions noter un nombre de campagnes 10% supérieur à la moyenne du trimestre ; cette année, pour cette première semaine de confinement, on constate une baisse de 21% du nombre de campagnes soit un écart de -31 points. Ruptures de stocks dues à des voies d’approvisionnements coupées, magasins fermés, coupes budgétaires globales... De bonnes raisons de revoir ses positions média et pourtant, de toute crise naissent des opportunités et certains secteurs renforcent leur position. Décryptage de TVTY : Sur le graphique de gauche, est représenté le nombre de campagnes quotidiennes des 6 plus gros secteurs et des autres regroupés sous «autre» du 23 février au 22 mars. Sur celui de droite, on observe leur part de voix (sur une base 100%) pour voir que, malgré une baisse globale, seul le voyage s'effondre, l'automobile ne baisse en part de voix qu'à partir du 22, l'alimentaire tout comme la banque/finance quant à eux gagnent en PDV.
