Shri Balli Durga Prasad Rao was a sitting member representing Tirupati parliamentary constituency of Andhra Pradesh. Shri Balli Durga Prasad Rao was a member of the Committee on Social Justice and Empowerment. Earlier, Shri Balli Durga Prasad Rao was a member of Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly for four terms. He also served as Minister of School education in the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Shri Balli Durga Prasad Rao passed away on 16 September, 2020 in Chennai at the age of 64 years. We deeply mourn the loss of our colleague and I am sure the House would join me in conveying our condolences to the bereaved family.
