Circular 31856.Pdf LOK SABHA SECRETARIAT (Information and Communication Centre) 013, PARLIAMENT HOUSE ANNEXE NIEW DELHl-110001 No. 31856 /Dated: 20.11.2019 CIRCULAR Subject: Additional responsibilities allocated to Chief Coordinators/Coordinators/Nodal Officers in connection with work relating to 'Information and Communication Centre', An 'Information and Communication Centre' has been set up within Lok Sabha Secretariat to provide information and to facilitate Hon'ble Members of Lok Sabha relating to various services/matters concerning the Members. 2. In this context, it has been decided that the services of the enlisted officers shall be availed in case of exigency or if Members are required to be contacted on urgent basis. Thus, the enlisted officer{s) may remain prepared for such exigency (ies). A list of officers attached with Members {along with phone numbers) who will function as Nodal officer(s), Coordinator(s) and Chief Coordinator(s) is enclosed. 3. Further, for this purpose, a WhatsApp group has already been created and all these officers are being included in the group. The Officers shall not exit from this WhatsApp group. 4. 'Information and Communication Centre' operating from Room No. 013, PHA will be the coordinating agency amongst all the officers. (Ph: 011-23035840/5841} 5. (c): Ministry of Tourism promotes India as a holistic destination and as a part of its on-going activities, annually releases domestic and international print, electronic and online media campaigns under the ‘Incredible India’ brand-line, to promote various tourism destinations and products in the different States/UTs.
