Show Information BTS WORLD TOUR SOLDIER FIELD MAY 11 & 12 SHOW INFORMATION We can't wait to welcome BTS to Soldier Field on May 11th and 12th! Below is important event information regarding the shows. Please check our website, www.SoldierField.net, for more details as they become available. Event is rain or shine Event Information Show Begins (estimated): 7:30pm Gates Open: 5:00PM Box Office and Will Call Opens: 1:30PM Parking Lots Open: 7:00AM Ticketing Information • There is no minimum age requirement, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian of the minor attending the concert to determine. • All floor seating is ticketed, reserved and assigned. There is no general admission seating. • Please note that ticket upgrades/exchanges are not available. • All VIP guests will receive information regarding their event day timeline directly from VIP Nation ([email protected]) approximately one week before the event. Floor Seating Floor access wristbands will be located at the south end of the stadium inside Gate 0. Fans with tickets for the floor should enter through Gate 0. If fans enter through an alternate gate they may walk south to Gate 0 to pick up their wristband. Early Line Up / Camping Please note that all seating is assigned so there is no early line up for entry into the Stadium. There is no camping permitted on the Soldier Field or Chicago Park District property. Stadium Bag Policy This event will follow our Clear Bag Policy. The following bags are permitted to be carried into Soldier Field: • Any type of clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag that is 12” x 6” x 12” or less in size (1 bag per person) • Non-clear, small purse/handbag (clutch-type bag) that is 4.5” x 6.5” or less in size (1 per person) • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc or similar) • Clear backpacks that are 12" x 6" x 12" or less in size are permitted *An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose. Example of Approved Bags: Continued on page 2 The following bags are not permitted to be carried into Soldier Field: • Any type of non-clear bag exceeding 4.5” x 6.5” in size including non-clear purses/handbags, camera or binocular cases, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags, and briefcases/computer bags • Seat cushions of any size except those for medical need If your clear bag has a color tint to it, it must still be see-through to be permitted into the stadium. Exceptions to the clear bag policy will be made for the BTS Official "Army Bomb" protective case. We understand that you have a lot of questions regarding the kinds of bags you can carry in for this event but unfortunately we cannot approve or disapprove the entry of your particular bag based on its picture. Prohibited Items Please visit our website for a list of of Prohibited Items: www.SoldierField.net/prohibited-items Camera / Video Policy No still or video cameras will be permitted. Other Items BTS Official "Army Bomb" The BTS Official "Army Bomb" and its carrying case will be permitted into the Stadium after proper inspection. Signs, Banners & Flags Handheld banners/flags less than 18” x 24” in size will be permitted in. However, banners/flags may not be mounted to a pole or a stick or be commercial in nature. During the event, signs must be hand-held and cannot be attached to or hung from any Stadium surface. Signs that are deemed to be unsafe, inappropriate or are displayed/used in a way that interferes with the enjoyment of the event by others (i.e. obstructing one’s view) will be subject to confiscation or being discarded. Battery Operated Lights/Glow Sticks Any battery powered lights must be adhered to signs/banners and visible for inspection. No other battery powered lights are permitted in. Handheld glow sticks and glow necklaces are permitted into the Stadium. Parking Information & Pick Up / Drop Off All guests will be able to pay for parking with cash or credit upon arrival on-site. Parking rate is $50 per vehicle. Soldier Field has designated post-concert pick up areas in the 18th Street Turnaround and the South Parking Lot. Beginning at 9:30PM, vehicles may arrive on campus to stage for pick up. There is no fee to access pick up/drop off areas. Guests are also welcome to pay the parking fee and wait in their cars for the duration of the event. Please note that there are no parent/guardian waiting areas inside the Stadium. Merchandise Sales In addition to merchandise sales inside the stadium on show day, BTS merchandise will also be sold outside of the stadium in the Stadium Green area from 10:00AM - 8:00PM on Friday, May 10th and reopens on Saturday, May 11th and Sunday, May 12th at 9:00AM. Gifts / Items for Performers & Fan Projects No gifts or other items for performers will be accepted. Please do not bring these items to the Stadium. Soldier Field cannot assist in the organization of any fan projects for this event. Charging Stations Free cell phone charging stations will be available inside the stadium in the Dr Pepper Patio / South Courtyard, Sections 103, 128, and the United Club 100 Level (north and south) and outside the stadium post-concert outside of Gate 0 and Gate 47..
