The weather service said the storm will make driving in much of East Idaho “very hazardous or impossible,” and motorists are being encouraged to stay off the roads. The snow is expected to come down so fast in many areas that the snow- plows will not be able to keep up with it and some roads might have to be shut down because they’re impassable, the weather service said.
