The GPRA Modernization Act (GPRAMA) strengthens GPRA by requiring federal agencies to use performance data to drive decision making. The Indian Health Service reports data for 21 annual clinical GPRA measures (4 of which are classified as GPRAMA measures) and one long-term GPRA measure. 20 of these measures have annual targets at the Area and site level. This resource guide was developed to assist clinic staff with improving care at their clinic as well as improving performance on the clinical GPRA measures.
