General notes and conditions of use Please complete the information legibly in block capitals. The notice must be submitted in writing (also via or email with a qualified ) to the Federal Network Agency in Dortmund before use of the frequency band 50.08 – 51.00 MHz. The assignment number can be found in the admission document or licence, or if necessary can be requested from a regional office dealing with amateur radio administration. The usage provisions of Order No. 36/2006, amended with Order 69/2007 and published on page 4729 of the Official Gazette of the Federal Network Agency No. 24/2007 of 19 December 2007 apply. Information on this is also available at http://www.bundesnetzagentur.de/amateurfunk. For radio operations in line with CEPT T/R 61-01, the home call sign visible on the T/R 61-01 permissible foreign licence is to be entered in the field “Class A call sign assigned” and preceded with the prefix “DL/”. The T/R 61-01 does not apply to amateur radio operators resident in Germany or who hold a permanent German admission to participation in the amateur service.
