His 19 touchdowns rank third on the EIU single season list. 2014 FCS COACHES • Quarterback Andrew Manley is one of two quarterbacks expected to play at Minnesota in the (Preseason Poll) season opener. Manley came out of spring practice as the starter but has been challenged for the spot by transfer Jalen Whitlow. Manley played in just five games last season completing Rk. Team 2013 Record 2.
