The start is the best for the Colonels since 1990 as EKU is 22nd meeting, EKU leads series 12-9 one of seven remaining undefeated FCS teams. Adam Drake ended the month of September leading the OVC Eastern Illinois in both receptions - 36, and receiving yards - 514. He was third nationally in receiving yards and 10th in receptions. 2014 FCS COACHES • Eastern Illinois has out-gained its opponents in all five games this season. The Panthers are (WEEK 6) 19th in the nation in total offense with 459.4 yards per game. EIU is fourth in the nation in first downs having made 126 through the opening five games. Rk.
