COOKING SCHEDULE: Our cooking team IS READY TO HEAT UP THE OVENS! They got a great start making pierogi this past Saturday and now need to finish the job. Pierogi pinching continues again this coming Saturday, September 18th at 9:00am and finishes when we meet our goal of 9,000 pierogi ready for our guests. We need pinchers, a pot watcher and pot washers and dough rollers. We are also looking for individuals who want to be part of the fun kitchen team. Yes that is you! NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN KITCHEN TRAINING! If you want to help out by stirring the pots or checking the pans please give Marilyn Mosinski a call at 216.402.9005. We need help in the kitchen on Friday starting at 3:30pm and Sunday starting at 8:00am. RAFFLE TICKETS: Please remember to return your SOLD raffle tickets either in the collection basket, drop them off at the rectory during office hours or put them in the mail. ENROLLMENT IS OPEN FOR GOOD SHEPHERD CLASSES The purpose of the work, singing, prayers, and celebrations of the Good Shepherd Catechesis at St. Stanislaus is to help children form a personal relationship with Jesus. Come for a visit to a Good Shepherd class. --Observe how children ages 3-6 learn to set the altar table, re-create the events of Jesus’ life through the use of structured materials, and learn the lessons of the kingdom through the parables that Jesus told. --Children ages 6-10 explore the Bible, extend their knowledge of the geography of the Holy Land, and deepen their understanding of the Eucharist. PADEREWSKI POLISH LANGUAGE SCHOOL Beginning on September 18, 2010 the STORM DAMAGE REPORT “Ignacy Paderewski Polish Language Last week Tuesday a surprise storm burst out upon the Slavic Village School” will begin holding classes in our neighborhood in Cleveland, damaging our campus. A piece of the stone decoration on the west tower fell onto the main steps, damaging one or two school building. The school offers classes layers.
