At First Financial we’re entering our third decade of providing tailored advice and Tguidance to individuals and businesses. We’ve built an accomplished team of experienced mortgage advisers who specialise in finding and securing the right deal for a diverse portfolio of clients. But there’s more to it than that – practical expertise isn’t just about assembling qualifications. What really matters is the hands-on experience of walking clients through their mortgage process from the day they enquire, to the day they move in and beyond. Real expertise comes from working closely with clients, studying their needs, understanding their concerns and ambitions, and adapting to their circumstances. From day one, we’ve dedicated ourselves to being an informed, supportive and dependable ally. fi r s t f . c o . u k 0 2 0 8 4 1 6 0 111 ‘MASCOTT’ DAN O’BRIEN oday’s mascot is 32 year old Dan O’Brien from Devon. Dan is a professional actor, currently appearing in London’s West End in Mamma Mia. Alongside singing, dancing and acting, Dan’s hobbies include playing golf and football. His sporting hero is Ian TWright. Today is Dan’s first visit to Grovesnor Vale, and he can’t wait to walk out onto the hallowed turf, hand in hand with captain Okimo. Dan will be getting married in October to his lovely fiancée, Emily and we’d like to wish him all the very best of luck for the big day. Interesting facts about Dan O’Brien 1. Dan’s nickname for his girlfriend is ‘monkey’ and she calls him ‘Mr Bear’ 2. Dan’s birthmark is located in a rather sensitive area and has often shocked and appalled many previous partners 3. Dan was once so intoxicated on a night out in Gran Canaria, that he had to be carried back to his room (on board a cruise ship) by a local fireman 4. Dan claims to have a metal plate in his hip, which sets off alarms every time he leaves a clothes shop. However, none of us have ever seen any proof of this and are suspicious that he is in Pic.
