OFFICE OF FIELD OPERATIONS UNIFORM WEAR POLICY CHAPTER 3 UNIFORM CLASSES AND APPLICATIONS A. UNIFORM FUNDAMENTALS 1. WHERE SHOULD THE UNIFORM BE WORN? The Office of Field Operations (OFO) uniform will be worn by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) employees stationed in the field, at the Field Operations Academy, at the National Targeting Center and at Headquarters. Uniformed CBP employees are authorized to wear the uniform while engaged in the discharge of Official Business and while traveling directly to and from the workplace. Additionally, employees may also be authorized to wear the uniform by the Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner, Assistant Commissioner, Office of Field Operations, or Principal Field Officer (Director, Field Operations or Port Director) for other official or CBP-related functions such as award ceremonies, funerals, outreach functions, etc. Employees may also request from the Principal Field Officer (PFO) authorization to wear the uniform for personal functions such as weddings and memorial services. The personal wear request shall be in written form to the PFO and include specific details regarding the event such as the date, location and any potential media interest. 2. WHO SHOULD WEAR A UNIFORM? In general, CBP Officers and Seized Property Specialists are authorized and required to wear the uniform and to carry a firearm. CBP Agriculture Specialists are also authorized and required to wear the uniform. Those employees granted authorization to wear the uniform under the Uniform Expansion Program prior to December 8, 2008, are authorized to retain their uniformed status regardless of their Enhanced Retirement coverage. 3. WHO SHOULD NOT WEAR A UNIFORM? Persons who are not employed by CBP are not authorized to wear the uniform or be dressed in a manner that attempts to duplicate the appearance of the uniform.

2021-2022 UNIFORM POLICY Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-His good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2 Faith Academy’s uniform policy is intended to reflect the school's stated aims to honor God and disciple students. It is designed to encourage modesty, decency, and propriety and to de-emphasize the use of clothing as a significant means of establishing self-identity or gaining attention or social status (Matt. 6:28-34; 1 Cor. 9:19-23; 1 Peter 3:2-4; 1 Tim. 2:9-10; James 2:1-5). The Faith Academy staff may determine the appropriateness of a student’s clothing or hairstyle. The Head of School may grant exceptions to the dress code, if desired, for special dress days. Students attending any Faith Academy approved function must observe school guidelines for dress such as moderate clothing and covered tattoos. For school days, all elements of the dress code will be enforced. All uniform clothing must be approved items. Students should wear school uniforms while on campus or in the classroom during their school day, 8:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Students should seek to dress in a modest Christian manner that represents the school well, and considers others above themselves (Phil 2:3). When on campus for a school event or on a day when the student is not attending school (e.g., students on campus on Monday or Thursday, for an athletic event, social function, etc.), students should be dressed in appropriate attire (excluding crop tops, short skirts or shorts, muscle shirts, tight-fitting clothes).

Western BCA Dress Code You are part of the largest regional pool tournaments in the United States. Our events are literally seen world-wide and it is more important than ever that we put our best face forward so that we will be taken seriously in the Billiards World. Your cooperation in wearing the appropriate neat and clean apparel at all times during the event, whether practicing, warming up, playing in mini tournaments or just enjoying yourself, is appreciated. The Dress code is in effect each day of the tournament beginning when the referees arrive on the tournament floor in the morning and remains in effect until all matches have been played for the day. EXCEPTION: Fun Night. Clean and neat apparel is required at all times. Torn or dirty clothing will not be allowed. Clothing must cover torso - back and front - at all times. No bare midriffs, excessive cleavage or exposed underwear, please. Shirts and sweaters (men): must have sleeves and be of sufficient length to completely cover the torso when shooting. Collared casual dress shirts (button front), polo shirts and T-shirts may be worn. T-shirts cannot be stretched around the neck, transparent (excessively worn) or have inappropriate or objectionable graphics. Button front shirts may be worn unbuttoned if they are worn over a neat and tasteful garment. If the garment beneath is inappropriate in any way, you will be required to button your outer shirt. Shirts, blouses, tops, sweaters (women): must have sleeves and be of sufficient length to completely cover the torso when shooting. Collared blouses and polo shirts may be worn.
