I.I_ CONSIDERACIONES PRELIMINARES El área establecida como Área Potencialmente Transformable (APT3), se ubica en el entorno del encuentro de la Ruta Nacional Nº 5 y el Anillo Perimetral Vial de Montevideo o ruta Nº 102. Este sector de Montevideo pertenece al Municipio G, y posee un gran potencial para el desarrollo de la actividad de servicios y logística. Por ello, y en base a su previsión de posible transformación en el marco de las Directrices Departamentales de Montevideo, se da inicio al proceso de transformación en el marco de las condicionantes que para ello establece la Ley de Ordenamiento Territorial y Desarrollo Sostenible (ley 18308 de 18 de junio de 2008), lo que garantiza la sostenibilidad del proceso que se inicia. -

Y en la Comunidad Valenciana carecemos de esta estructura tan fundamental para las semillas que será los nue- vos cineastas y las nuevas películas del futuro. Es por ello que esta 2ª edición VLC PITCH FORUM se plantea como una herramienta adecuada para trabajar estas propuestas de ficción, este año y debido a la situación sanitaria, on-line. En ese tiempo trabajarán sus proyectos con Marian Sánchez Carniglia al tiempo que tendrán masterclass-on line de reputados guionistas / showrunners sobre las semillas de lo que fueron sus ficciones. El trabajo se presentarán en un pitch final on-line ante plataformas, productores y cadenas. Con el sello de este Talent Campus podrán así desarrollar su proyec- to para convertirlo en un largometraje o serie de ficción en un futuro, esperemos que no muy lejano. Además, esta actividad estará salpicada de otras actividades comple- mentarias abiertas a todos los públicos que circularán alrededor de las semillas, el guión audiovisual. Rousey was there to face Cat Zingano, a fight that was supposed to be the hardest one of her career. Holm looked unimpressive, barely squeaking by in a split decision.
