Criminal and Civil Cases filed on the Dillinger Gang: Writ of Habeas Corpus and Extradition Case:  vs vs Wisconsin - Extraditions completed  January 30, 1934 Wrongful Death Case:  Sheriff Jesse L. Sarber Jury Trial Verdict May 28, 1934 and judgment June 14, 1934

Seven Surety Corporation Cases, One Judgment in February, 1935, two were dismissed January, 1939 and three others February, 1940. And the final case was dismissed January 12, 2004!
