COMMUNICORP GROUP Presents BG RADIO Is the Home of the Contemporary Bulgarian Pop and Rock Music COMMUNICORP GROUP presents BG RADIO is the home of the contemporary Bulgarian pop and rock music. It has been the first radio station that airs exclusively Bulgarian music only, in more than 21 cities in Bulgaria. BG RADIO is among the stations with largest broadcast coverage in the country and is one of the favorite ones as well. The music selection consists of the Golden Bulgarian Hits and the newest current hits. BG RADIO has been dedicated to its mission to positively affirm and support the Bulgarian traditions, values and development. BG RADIO launched with the goal to present the contemporary Bulgarian pop and rock music with a chance for appearance. This mission carried away hundreds of thousands of listeners and at the tenth year of its existence BG RADIO is the most popular radio station in Bulgaria of people aged between 36 and 45 years and in the top 5 positions in the preferences of the audience over 25 years. The media annually organizes a grand ceremony at the Annual Musical Awards of BG RADIO, the only awards, voted entirely by the listeners. BG RADIO airs in: Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse, Stara Zagora, Veliko Turnovo. Blagoevgrad, Pleven, Pazardzhik, Shumen, Ihtinam, Ahotpol, Botevgrad, Gabrovo, Lovech, Malko Turnovo, Yablanica, Yambol, Goce Delchev, Shabla and on all artery highways in the country. 2 3 RADIO 1 is the leading radio station in Bulgaria. The radio format is Soft Adult Contemporary, covering the most popular and melodious songs from the 60s onwards - or the so called – “classic hits”. However, RADIO 1 is not a radio station for "oldfashioned" music - many contemporary hits find their place in the program. What makes RADIO 1 unique, is that it presents the music of six decades in a logical and pleasant sequence. The format of RADIO 1 aims to target the audience of 35-60 years, educated people with higher incomes, and with a distinct style and class; it suggests an increased listening to the radio when on the move and at work. RADIO 1 airs in: Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora, Ruse, Veliko Turnovo, Sliven, Kustendil, Kurdzhali, Samokov, Borovec, Blagoevgrad, Yablanica, Gabrovo, Botevgrad, Ihtiman, Smolyan, Velingrad, Goce Delchev, Pazardzhik, Razlog. 4 5 RADIO 1 Rock has established itself as the preferred radio for rock music in Bulgaria. The program presents the greatest hits in the history of this style. It follows the "classic" sound of Classic Rock/ Album- Oriented Rock, but also - draws attention to the phenomena of the modern rock scene. Typical representatives of the radio program are Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Whitesnake, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Guns'n'Roses, Metallica. RADIO 1 Rock is targeted primarily towards male audience of age between 30-55, the typical listeners of RADIO 1 Rock are the active people of medium and high incomes, including managers and business owners. RADIO 1 Rock airs in: Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Veliko Turnovo, Stara Zagora, Sliven, Pleven, Shumen. 6 7 Radio ENERGY is the number one station for the favorite songs from the 90s. The active Bulgarians of age between 20 and 45 years prefer to listen to their favorite songs from the 90's on the only morning REQUEST show in Bulgaria- ENERGY Request. Radio ENERGY organizes parties and events where the listeners meet with their favorite artists from the 90' s. In 2009, special guest for the birthday party of Radio ENERGY was Haddaway! New parties followed with 2 Unlimited, Snap, C-Block, Corona, Nana, 2 Brothers On The 4th Floor, Ice MC, Captain Jack, DJ Sash!, Dr Alban! Radio ENERGY is an interactive radio. From 2008 it organizes the first reality radio game "Gone in 60 seconds", which won the "Best Radio Game" award at the media festival in Albena - MediaMixx 2009. The slogan of radio station “Non-stop Hits” determines unconditionally the music format - the newest and most modern music hits! The music selection of Radio CITY combines in a perfectly balanced mix that makes radio CITY easily distinguishable among the other stations in Bulgaria. The current hit music of the radio formes a wide range of listeners - the younger and educated generation. Radio CITY airs in: Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Stara Zagora, Blagoevgrad, Kustendil, Lovech, Pazardzhik, Kresna, Simitli. 10 CITY TV is the leading TV music channel in Bulgaria, one of the strongest brands in the country and a powerful tool for promoting new shows and charts. CITY TV is the music channel that plays non-stop hits. The program is aimed at people of age between 15 to 30 and includes the latest pop, dance and R'n'B hits and best songs for the last few years. CITY TV is easily identified with its slogan “Non-stop Hits”, and is undoubtedly the media in Bulgaria, which establishes the latest musical trends. CITY TV broadcasts the hottest videos and turns them into the hits of the season. CITY TV is the first music channel in Bulgaria, which broadcasts original MTV productions such as the successful reality show of Paris Hilton – “My best friend”, the TV series “Laguna Beach” and “The Hills”. 11 12 Radio Veronika puts the music of the Balkan region, the Middle East and Asia in the same plane. On air you can hear some of the best pieces of Azis, Alisia, Emanuela, Teodora, Tarkan, Antique, Katy Garbi, Indira Radic, Shakira and many more. Overall, the program relies heavily on the contemporary folk and ethnic dance hits. However, the already established folk standards are present as well, and the retro-folk show "10 till 6" has been a favorite of fans across the country for two years now. The program of Radio Veronika is entirely focused on the lifestyle and character of active young people of age between 15 and 35 years. Radio Veronika airs in: Blagoevgrad, Burgas, Sofia, Varna, Ruse, Plovdiv, Stara Zagora and Veliko Turnovo. 13 14 Radio NOVA is the first and only radio station, broadcasting the best and latest selection of house and chillout music of the electronic culture field, extremely popular among listeners of age between 18 and 36 years. The radio format focuses on music mix of the latest and most memorable songs from the past that have become cult hits in places like Club Ibiza and festivals such as Miami Winter Conference and Amsterdam Dance Event. Radio NOVA’ s program includes more than 30 special shows - Roger Sanchez, Pete Tong, Armin van Buuren, Carl Cox, John Digweed, Stan Kolev, and the music label Defected, are just some of the names, whose show productions could be heard exclusively on 101.7 FM. Introduction The Central regions comprise 45 percent of the Bulgarian territory. The agglomeration areas are formed in them. The present study examines the development of the Sofia agglomeration area – a metropolis in the central regions of Bulgaria. The agglomeration areas are formed within the range of the central regions in Bulgaria – 6 agglomeration areas with a center – a large city, 30 agglomeration areas with a center – a medium-sized town. Six of the agglomeration areas are formations with more than three municipalities, five of them are with three municipalities each, ten are with 2 municipalities and the rest 15 are autonomous municipalities with an established core. These areas represent the backbone of the economy and social and human potential of the country. They have the highest degree of competitiveness and attractiveness for investment and innovation. Eighty eight municipalities with a total population of 5885455 people1 are included within the scope of the agglomeration areas, which constitutes 77.4 percent of the population of the country.

    Annex REPORT FOR 2019 UNDER THE “HEALTH CARE” PRIORITY of the NATIONAL ROMA INTEGRATION STRATEGY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BULGARIA 2012 - 2020 Operational objective: A national monitoring progress report has been prepared for implementation of Measure 1.1.2. “Performing obstetric and gynaecological examinations with mobile offices in settlements with compact Roma population”. During the period 01.07—20.11.2019, a total of 2,261 prophylactic medical examinations were carried out with the four mobile gynaecological offices to uninsured persons of Roma origin and to persons with difficult access to medical facilities, as 951 women were diagnosed with diseases. The implementation of the activity for each Regional Health Inspectorate is in accordance with an order of the Minister of Health to carry out not less than 500 examinations with each mobile gynaecological office. Financial resources of BGN 12,500 were allocated for each mobile unit, totalling BGN 50,000 for the four units.
