Said building is also the headquarters of award-winning design studio, BAAD. Last 2018, the iconic Philbanking Building in Manila was demolished after being condemned by city hall for 'structural instability.' Activity: Wrote an opposition letter regarding the petition to remove the presumption of important cultural property (ICP) on the Zaragoza building Accomplishment: Saved a heritage building made by our national artist.
