She stated that arrest report, number 645, prepared by First District Mrs . MADDEN stated this report had been prepared under Item H-4843-63, showed that OSWALD was arrested on by Desk Sergeant PAUL DUPRE . August 9, 1963 at 4 :15 PM at the 700 block of Canal Street . He was arrested by Lieutenant W . GAILLOT and Patrolmen Mrs . MADDEN commented that contained in OSWALD's F . HAYWARD and F . WILSON Of the First District and packet was a copy of a FBI Identification Record, Number chargeQ with violation of City Ordlopca 828YCS 92-22, 327 925 D, dated August 14, 1963 .
