Ken came to Sawgrass Country Club directly from Sydney, Australia after spending almost three years as Director of Operations at The Royal Sydney Golf Club. Ken has directed programs at world renowned country clubs, resorts & tennis clubs for over 25 years.

Ken then became Club Manager/Head Professional of Millennium Tennis & Fitness. He oversaw construction of this $5 million facility. Ken was Tournament Director for the $15,000 Futures & $50,000 Challenger for players ranked in top 200 in the world before being named Director of Tennis and Swim at Hallbrook Country Club in Leawood, KS where he spent 10 years.

After an extensive worldwide search he was named Director of Tennis Operations at the 6000 member Royal Sydney Golf Club. Royal Sydney hosted both Federation Cup as well as the between Australia and Switzerland featuring . Ken facilitated an interclub match with The All England Tennis and Croquet Club and an International match between and Australia as well as a dynamic program consisting of clinics, programs and special events for all levels of play.
