12.1. Consideration of letter on behalf of INTA to JURI

Decision: to send a letter to JURI, which reflects INTA's position on the pending case of the PV\1077376EN.doc 3/12 PE571.479v01-00 EN

Court of Justice regarding the EU competence to sign and ratify the Free Trade Agreement with Singapore, to agree on the exact wording by written procedure based on the draft provided by the INTA Chairman.

Decision: to attribute the report to the Standing Rapporteur for Maghreb (Ms Marielle de Sarnez, ALDE), for 0 point in accordance with INTA general principles for Monitoring Groups.

13.3. A new Sustainable Impact Assessment methodology fitting the new challenges of EU trade policy 2015/0000(INI) Responsible: INTA

Decision: to confirm the restitution of 2 points paid by the Greens/ALE linked to the above- mentioned report.

Decision: to request to extend the deadline for objection to the above-mentioned delegated act by 2 months; to hold a debate at one of the future INTA Committee on the management of export credits.

15. Motions for resolutions (Rule 133)

15.1. Motion for a resolution on support for olive oil production in Italy B8-0884/2015

Decision: to take note of the proposed motion for resolution in the on-going work on the Introduction of emergency autonomous trade measures for the Republic of Tunisia (2015/0218(COD)), and in line with Rule 133(3) to inform the authors of the decision of the committee.

15.2. Motion for a resolution on the EU-Vietnam Agreement prejudicial to Italian rice B8-0881/2015

Decision: to take note of the proposed motion for resolution in its on-going work, bearing in mind that the negotiations for a EU-Vietnam DCFTA are reaching their final stage, and in particular to refer this issue to the INTA Monitoring Group for Vietnam, and in line with Rule 133(3) to inform the author of the decision of INTA.

15.3. Motion for a resolution on the volatility of the financial markets and the weakness of global trade B8-0912/2015

Decision: to take note of the proposed motion for resolution in its work related to the INTA INI, New Forward-Looking and Innovative Future Strategy on Trade and Investment and in line with Rule 133(3) to inform the authors of the decision of the committee.

15.4. Motion for a resolution on the parallel exportation of medicines B8-0903/2015

Decision: to take note of this motion of resolution, but to take no action as it falls under the competence of the Committee on Internal Market.

17.3. One day debate on trade during INTA Meeting of 12-13 October 2016, one year after the recent presentation of the new trade strategy by Commissioner Malmström

Decision: to consider the possibility to hold a one day debate on trade to follow-up on the new trade strategy with the Trade Commissioner in 2016.

17.4. A letter on China MES

Decision: to hold an "in camera" exchange of views with the Commissioner Malmström on 12 November on China's market economy status and, following this, to draft an oral
