It is of 5 three kinds: 6 (b) Involuntary-in the commission of an unlawful act, not amounting to a felony; 7 or in the commission of a lawful act which might produce death, in an unlawful 8 manner, or without due caution and circumspection. This subdivision shall not 9 apply to acts committed in the driving of a vehicle. 10 11 Penal Code § 452 12 A person is guilty of unlawfully causing a fire when he recklessly sets fire to or 13 burns or causes to be burned, any structure, forest land or property. 14 (a) Unlawfully causing a fire that causes great bodily injury is a felony punishable 15 by imprisonment in the state prison for two, four or six years, or by imprisonment 16 in the county jail for not more than one year, or by a fine, or by both such 17 imprisonment and fine.
