Hygiene and Epidemiology Shibanovs.E Hygiene and epidemiology ShibanovS.E. Medical academy S.I. Georgievsky Crimean Federal University V.I. Vernadsky, Simferopol, Russia THE LEVEL OF THE DISEASES OF SYSTEM BLOOD CIRCULATION IN DIFFERENT REGIONS IN CRIMEA In modern conditions it is established the increasing influence of quality of environment on the health of population and growth of frequency ecologically dependent diseases in people [1, 3]. Ecological factors (contamination of habitat by chemical and physical agents), from data of WHO, form to the 20 % of all diseases in population, and in separate countries and regions on a background the considerable anthropogenic changes of environment - up to 40-60 % [7]. In the previous works [5, 6] we analyzed the spreading of the diseases of the system blood circulation (DBC) among the population of Crimea on all cities and districts during 1995-2009 years on the base of the statistical data of Ministry of Health of Crimea. In the real investigation we take the statistical data of Ministry of Health of Crimea about levels of the diseases of system blood circulation (DBC) in the population of Crimea in all regions during 2015-2017 years for comparison with results of the previous 15-year period (1995-2009 years). Like in 1995-2009 years, in 2015-2017 years the same, in the structure of DBC a leading role belongs to hypertensive illness, ischemic illness of heart and cerebral-vascular pathology, therefore were studied also these indexes. During all periods of investigation, on a 1 place in the structure of sickliness of population of Crimea there are diseases of the system blood circulation (31,0% - 39,6%). Influence on this class of illnesses of contamination of environment unfavorable physical and chemical factors is described in literature, including electromagnetic radiations [2, 5]. At the analysis of dynamics of indexes of DBC for 1995-2009 pays attention on itself permanent height of sickliness both on DBC on the whole and on its basic groups of illnesses [5]. Totally for 14-years-old period (1995-2009) the increase of specific gravity of DBC made 121,6% on the whole, including on hypertensive illness: 164,3%, on ischemic illness of heart: 122,7%, on cerebral-vascular pathology: 89,8%. Last 3 years (2015-2017) the level of DBC and its components decreased: DBC in 2017 – on 8,9 % in comparison with 2015, hypertensive illness – on 9,8%, ischemic illness of heart – on 8,4%, cerebral-vascular pathology – on 10,1%. When we take the maximal levels of DBC and its components in 2009 and compare with 2017, we see most deep decreasing: by DBC – on 23,3%, by hypertensive illness – on 41,0%, cerebral-vascular pathology – on 40,3% and practically stable level of ischemic illness of heart – on 0,17%. The regional features of spreading of DBC and its components in 1995-2009 period was so: by the indexes of DBC on the whole leads Yalta, on the second place was Evpatoriya, on the third place - Saki district, on a fourth place was Simferopol, on a fifth place - Feodosiya. In separate years, exceeding of Middling-Crimean data on DBC on 3-5,5% was marked in Belogorskiy and Bakhchisarai districts. There was an a few another picture on spreading of hypertensive illness. On a 1 place there was Saki district, on 2 place - Evpatoriya, on 3 place - the Bakhchisarai district, on 4 place - Simferopol, on a 5 place is Feodosiya. In Simferopol, Belogorsk, Sovetskiy districts and Kerch, exceeding of middle indexes in Crimea was only in some years. Data on ischemic illness of heart showed the following. First place was taken t by Evpatoriya, then there was Feodosiya, on 3 place was Alushta, on 4 place – Yalta, on a 5 place - Saky district. In separate years the increased indexes are marked in Djankoi, Pervomaiskiy districts and in Kerch. On the indexes of cerebral-vascular pathology next features are educed. A most level is fixed in Belogorskiy district, on 2 place - Simferopol, on 3 place - the Simferopol district, on 4 place - Yalta, on a 5 place - Bakhchisarai district. Periodically exceeding of Middling-Crimean data was fixed in Chernomorskiy, Kirovskiy and Djankoi districts. In 2015-2017 years we find some other features of the spreading of DBC and its components in Crimean regions in comparison with 1995-2009 years. By the indexes of DBC on the 1st place was Saky district (increasing during 3 years at all was + 63,8%), on 2nd place – Alushta (+ 49,3%), on 3 place – Yalta (+ 13,9%), next place – Simferopol (+ 6,0%). In separate years the increased indexes are marked in Krasnogvardeyskiy, Krasnoperekopskiy and Bakhchisarai districts. The picture on spreading of hypertensive illness was so: on the 1st place was Saky district (increasing during 3 years at all was + 130,6%), on 2nd place – Krasnogvardeyskiy district (+ 109,7%), on 3 place – Krasnoperekopsk (+ 57,1%), on 4 place - Bakhchisarai district (+ 32,0%), on 5 place – Sudak (+ 15,4%)/ In some years the increased indexes are marked in Razdolniy and Leninskiy districts. By ischemic illness of heart the regions of Crimea yas so distribution: on the 1st place was Krasnogvardeyskiy district (increasing during 3 years at all was + 65,2%), on 2nd place – Alushta (+ 49,1%), on 3 place – Saky district ( + 21,5%), on 4 place – Pervomayskiy district ( + 20,4%), on 5 place - Krasnoperekopsk (+ 18,1%)/ The increased indexes was marked in Krasnoperekopsk and Simferopol (city and district). The most high indexes of cerebral-vascular pathology in Crimea was there: Sovetskiy district (+ 183,4%), Razdolniy district (+ 96,0%), Bakhchisarai district (+ 86,7%), Leninskiy district ( + 64,9%), Simferopol ( + 37,3%) and Feodosiya ( + 25,1%)/ Periodically increased indexes of such diseases was in Saky district and Yalta. So, as a result of our investigation, we can say, that last 3 years (2015-2017) the level of DBC and its components between population of Crimea is decreased: DBC in 2017 – on 8,9% in comparison with 2015, hypertensive illness – on 9,8%, ischemic illness of heart – on 8,4%, cerebral-vascular pathology – on 10,1%. The most high level of DBC and its components between population was in Saky district, Krasnogvardeyskiy district, Alushta, Bakhchisarai district, Razdolniy district, in Krasnoperekopsk and Simferopol. Thus on a background relative stability for studied period of basic groups of factors influencing on the state of health of population from data of Worldwide organization of Health Protection (WHO) [7] - socio-economic, genetic and medical, it is necessary to suppose increasing influence of unfavorable physical and chemical factors of environment on the indexes of DBC, that dictates the necessity of realization of further researches of this problem. This research is executed on a project № 18-013-01028 of The Russian Fund of Fundamental Researches. Literature 1. Гичев Ю.П. We are grateful to H.E. Dr. Augusto Santos Silva, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Portugal, for his opening statement outlining the main priorities and planned activities of the FSC Chairmanship. Mr. Chairman, Distinguished colleagues, Over the FSC summer recess the security situation in Donbas along the contact line had been markedly deteriorating. Continuous ceasefire violations by the combined Russian-separatist forces had been on a sharp rise in August, which further worsened the humanitarian situation. The attacks employed battle tanks, infantry fighting vehicles, 152mm artillery, 120mm and 82mm mortars along the entire line of contact with an average intensity of 94 times per day. Over past two months 43 Ukrainian soldiers lost their lives and 192 were wounded. In compliance with the recent arrangement on silence regime from 1 September, Ukrainian armed forces strictly observed the ceasefire. During the first day the security situation across the contact line became controlled, number of attacks decreased significantly, and the use of prohibited by Minsk agreements weapons, stopped. However, after two days the combined Russian-separatist forces again launched attacks using mortars of caliber 82mm and 120 mm.
