NORMAS REGULADORAS Y BASES DE COMPETICIÓN DE SEGUNDA DIVISIÓN “B” Y TERCERA DIVISIÓN TEMPORADA 2020/2021 1 DISPOSICIONES GENERALES PREVIA. - RÉGIMEN APLICABLE. Las competiciones oficiales de ámbito estatal y carácter no profesional de Segunda División B y Tercera División de la temporada 2020/2021, tanto en su organización como en su desarrollo, se regirán, específicamente, por las presentes Normas Reguladoras y Bases de Competición, ello sin perjuicio, de lo dispuesto en las demás normas que conforman el ordenamiento jurídico federativo. La Real Federación Española de Fútbol se reserva el derecho de introducir las modificaciones necesarias de su competencia o, en su caso, a proponerlo al órgano competente e interpretar las presentes Normas Reguladoras y Bases de Competición. PRIMERA. - TITULARIDAD Y CLASIFICACIÓN DE LA COMPETICIÓN. El Campeonato Nacional de Liga de Segunda División “B” y el Campeonato Nacional de Liga de Tercera División, son competiciones oficiales de ámbito estatal y carácter no profesional, correspondiendo la titularidad, en exclusiva, a la Real Federación Española de Fútbol. SEGUNDA. - CALENDARIO. Las competiciones se desarrollarán con arreglo al calendario oficial que, como Anexo 1, se unirá a las presentes Normas Reguladoras y Bases de Competición. TERCERA. INSCRIPCIÓN DE LOS EQUIPOS EN LA COMPETICIÓN. Aquellos clubes que por méritos deportivos de sus respectivos equipos tengan derecho a participar en una de las competiciones oficiales de ámbito estatal no profesional con el equipo correspondiente, tendrán derecho a inscribir a sus equipos en la competición dentro del período fijado para ello. Los clubes deberán formalizar la inscripción de todos sus equipos en las competiciones oficiales de ámbito estatal mediante la plataforma web/digital que habilita la RFEF. -

LEARNING from the BEST Gabriel Masfurroll
LEARNING FROM THE BEST Gabriel Masfurroll Foreword I first met Gabriel Masfurroll in the seventies, when he was a teenager and a competitive swimmer. At that time, swimming played a very important part in my life because the European Championships held in Barcelona in 1970, in which I participated actively, were an excellent yardstick for the Olympic Games of 1992. Masfurroll was living in the Residencia Joaquín Blume in Barcelona, run by my friend Ricardo Sánchez, and we had good friends in common such as Santiago Esteva and Maria Paz Corominas, swimmers who in their day were key figures in Spanish sport. I shall never forget something ‘Gaby’, as his friends call him, said to me when he was still very young: “Mr. Samaranch, when I grow up I want to be like you and match your achievements. I also love sport and believe I can do a lot for it”. It comes as no surprise to me, then, to see Masfurroll holding positions of responsibility in leading sporting institutions. A few years later, I met up with “Gaby” again when he was head of the Quirón Clinic in Barcelona. Since then we have kept in touch on a regular basis. We have met and written to each other on numerous occasions and I recall a beautiful picture, on display at the headquarters of the Olympic Committee in Lausanne, which he gave me on one of his visits. I have followed his career very closely over these years and that phrase “when I grow up I want to be like you”, made me take a keen interest in both his personal and professional development. -

Resolución De Concesión De Ayudas Para La Temporada 2020/2021 a Clubes De Segunda División B Y Tercera División
REAL FEDERACIÓN ESPAÑOLA DE FÚTBOL RESOLUCIÓN DE CONCESIÓN DE AYUDAS PARA LA TEMPORADA 2020/2021 A CLUBES DE SEGUNDA DIVISIÓN B Y TERCERA DIVISIÓN. Programa Impulso 23 El Código de Buen Gobierno de las Federaciones Deportivas Españolas (Resolución de 18 de octubre de 2004, de la Presidencia del Consejo Superior de Deportes, publicado en el B.O.E. de 24 de noviembre de 2004) dispone la necesidad de redactar un manual de procedimientos para el reparto de subvenciones a las Federaciones Autonómicas en el que forzosamente deberán figurar los criterios de distribución y justificación de las mismas. La Real Federación Española de Fútbol tiene aprobado un Manual de procedimientos para el reparto de subvenciones a las Federaciones autonómicas que va más allá de los criterios mínimos fijados por el Código de Buen Gobierno de las Federaciones Deportivas Españolas, y que lo hace extensible, en los elementos esenciales, a todas las entidades miembros o con las que la RFEF mantenga relaciones derivadas de sus funciones propias, delegadas o encomendadas. La aplicación del Manual de procedimiento se hace extensible tanto a las ayudas que pueda otorgar la RFEF provenientes de fondos públicos como las que provengan de fondos propios o de otras entidades con un objeto finalista. La RFEF ha creado un Programa de mejora del Fútbol Aficionado con el objetivo de procurar dotar de los mejores medios y de las mayores facilidades a los clubes que participan en las competiciones oficiales del máximo nivel del fútbol aficionado en España. El Programa Impulso23 es el Programa de la RFEF de vertebración de los mecanismos necesarios para conseguir la máxima profesionalización de los clubes del fútbol aficionado español y ofrecer las ayudas económicas necesarias para la mejora de los medios y las estructuras de los propios clubes para disponer de unas competiciones del máximo nivel profesional y deportivo. -

Previous studies have discussed that religious beliefs, traditions and social barriers seriously constrain women’s participation in physical activity and sports. In Turkey, however, although there are no restrictions against the participation of women in either physical activities or sports in the legal sense, it has been reported in many scientific research-projects conducted that certain segments of the society have a negative attitude against sports. The aim of this study was to determine the history of the women’s volleyball in Turkey where confusion prevails between Easternization and Westernization. In this connection, the paper reports on how women’s volleyball has undergone a successful silent revolution and become internationally successful by overcoming religious and traditional barriers. In conclusion, the international successes of the Turkish Women’s Volleyball in spite of its short history, has not emerged as a result of a generally widespread and institutionalized volleyball culture in the country. Ever since volleyball has emerged in Turkey, it has attained permanent success with the extraordinary contributions of the Istanbul teams with large budgets, teams owned by state organizations, company teams and individuals like Selim Sırrı Tarcan, Sabbiha Rifat Erayman and members of the Eczacıbaşı family who were devoted supporters of sports, especially women’s volleyball.
