POWER RANGERS SLAM TO: A dead fish. Out on the beach. Dozens...no, hundreds; it’s a mass wash-up, disgusting, covering the beach of idyllic ANGEL GROVE, California, as far as the eye can see. School buses are parked next to the beach; it’s a big volunteer clean-up, people everywhere. We’re near a carnival pier, the centerpiece of which is a huge, colorful, old-fasioned ferris wheel.
