Fields joined Kronos, Inc. in 2017 with a diverse background in HCM initiatives such as training and development, change management, operations, strategic planning, and project delivery. He deeply understands the impact that effective HCM strategies and solutions can have on both operations and human resources (HR), and his experience building and managing relationships with partners allows him to help strengthen long-term employee engagement and effectively train and develop employees. Session Description: It’s often said that change is the only constant, and this could not be truer when it comes to the world of work. Afterall, 2020 has brought about immense changes in the way we communicate, collaborate, and interact with managers and peers alike. It may be tempting to sit back and watch how change unfolds, but the employee experience and employee motivation, productivity, and organizational citizenship is directly affected by deliberate change management strategies implemented—or not implemented, by companies. Maintaining the psychological contract plays a vital role in the success or failure of organizational changes and shifts. In this presentation we will discuss the concept of the psychological contract at work and explore the (often forgotten and misunderstood) exchange relationship that has a myriad of impacts from both the employee and employer viewpoints. -

Guest Recital CJ Camerieri, trumpet Monday, January 27, 2020 8:00 p.m. Harper Hall Sonata for Horn, Trumpet, and Trombone Francis Poulenc PERFORMER BIO Allegro moderato (1899-1963) Andante As a trumpet player, french hornist, arranger, and keyboard player, CJ Rondeau Camerieri has enjoyed an active, diverse, and exciting career since CJ Camerieri, trumpet completing his classical trumpet training at The Juilliard School. He has Ann Ellsworth, horn become an indispensable collaborator for numerous indie rock groups as a Tim Albright, trombone performer, arranger, improviser, and soloist and is a co-founder of the contemporary classical ensemble yMusic. yMusic’s debut record was named Time Out New York’s #1 Classical Record of 2011, the same year Soft Night CJ Camerieri & Trever Hagen that Camerieri won two Grammys as a member of Bon Iver for the band’s Nowhere sophomore record, which later reached gold status. He is currently the Invisible Walls newest member of Paul Simon’s band, joining for 2014’s “Paul Simon and Slantwise Sting: On Stage Together” tour. -

European sports policies of the past decade are characterised by numerous activities and by on-going differentiation. Against this backdrop, the study presents policy options in four key areas: the first covers the need for stronger coordination; the second aims at the setting of thematic priorities; the third addresses the reinforcement of the role of the EP in sport and the fourth stipulates enhanced monitoring. 2018-2019 Academic Catalog The electronic Academic Catalog will be the official version for Coker College MISSION OF THE COLLEGE Coker College is a student-centered, comprehensive college. It is dedicated to providing every student enrolled in the Day Program and in the Adult Degree Program an academic curriculum based upon a uniformly excellent liberal arts core that enhances the structured development of key personal skills. The College’s goal is to graduate students with the ability to think analytically and creatively, and to write and speak effectively. Experiences both in and out of the classroom are focused on active student involvement and the practical application of academic knowledge that lead to lifelong learning. Coker measures its success by the personal and professional accomplishments enjoyed by all members of the academic community. The Coker College Mission Statement was most recently reviewed and revised by removing the phrase “baccalaureate degree granting” from the first sentence. The change in wording was first presented by the President to the faculty at a senate meeting on September 10, 2009. At the October 29, 2009 meeting of the Board of Trustees, the Chair of the Faculty and Educational Policy Committee of the Board presented a motion to change the mission statement and the entire Board unanimously approved it. [Board of Trustees Minutes 10-29-09] The College’s Mission Statement as revised in Fall 2009 is specific and appropriate to Coker College as the College moves forward with its Strategic Plan. 1 TABLE
