At Peebles turn left onto the A72 continue to . In Innerleithen turn right onto the B709 signposted for Traquair and St Mary’s Loch. Continue on this road for about 9 miles to the crossroads with the A708. Turn left and follow the road for about 4 miles, The Steading is on the left hand side after the Manse.
