Doug mentioned that an outdoor stage was being looked at to purchase but had not yet heard from vendors or found one. Corn Palace Events Update – Basketball tournaments have been completed with the Corn Palace Classic on December 30th, and the Sacred Hoops Classic on January 2nd. Approximately 1000 people attend each of these tournaments with not more than 650 in attendance at any one time which is well below 50% occupancy of 1326 people. Doug said the Houston TN, team with Mike Miller as coach will be playing Lower Brule on January 8th and expected 600+ to attend.
