During this period, the Player is only eligible to play for TWO Futsal Clubs.  Player’s may only register during a specific Registration Period.  A Player will only be eligible to participate in matches if they’re registered with the FAW and the relevant form has been received prior to 5pm on the last working day prior to the day of the match in which the player wishes to participate.  A Futsal Player may register for ONE Futsal club and ONE ’11 a side’ Club, providing the Player is not a Professional with the ’11 a side’ Club. These clubs do not need to affiliate to the same National Association.  No Player whose registration is transferred on this Non-Contract transfer form shall be entitled to payments other than expenses. All expense claims must be recorded.
