Following on from the 4 villa complex completed in 2017 and the private villa that is under construction in the area, we are proud to present our new design for a 3 villa complex on a prime plot with immediate beach access.

The land is a rare plot of 5.800m² on the sea side of the main road, from Nafplio to Astros, in Xiropigado area. The plot offers gentle slopes from the road down to the sea. The design caters for an exclusive villa estate, offering 3 independent villas with private pools, private external areas, private entrances and unobstructed sea views.

Villa Thyme Overview The villa is placed on the upper part of the plot enjoying privacy, unobstructed sea views and extended external spaces. A pedestrian path through the estate gives access to a secluded beach.

The villa offers 168 m² of living spaces on two main levels plus an upper level. It offers an open plan living area, 3 bedrooms, an additional room, 2 bathrooms, wc and storage. It also has private access and a private parking area for 2-3 cars.

The entrance is on the main ground level, where all the “public” areas and uses are placed. A open plan living and kitchen space gives access to the external sitting area and the pool area on the one side, and the external dining and BBQ area on the other side.
