Executive Chef Gidget Wickham has earned the distinctions of a Certified Executive Chef by the American Culinary Federation and Pro Chef II by the Culinary Institute of America.

At Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, which hosts over 1.5 million guests per year, you will find her overseeing all culinary aspects of the daily operations at the visitor complex including concessions, banquets and special events.

She has always, and continues to strive to make a special experience one guest at time through the creation of preparing her food – whether a grilled flat bread pizza for one or private GIDGET WICKHAM plated dinner for 500 people.
