REGULATIONS BEARS- LIMITED

1. PRELIMINARY 1.1 These Regulations are made by the Board of this Club pursuant to the power conferred upon the Board by Section 12 of the Constitution of the Club. 1.2 These Regulations are to be read subject to the Constitution of the Club and in the event of any inconsistency, the Constitution shall prevail. 1.3 These Regulations are binding on each member of the Club in the same manner as if each member had subscribed his/her name thereto. 1.4 In these Regulations the expression "the Club" means the registered club known as the "-Fitzroy Football Club Limited”. 1.5 In these Regulations the expression "Board" means the Board of Directors of the Club. 1.6 In these Regulations the expression “Lions@Springwood” means the Social Club located at 2 Pannikin Street Rochedale South. 1.7 In these Regulations the expression “Social Club” means the Lions@Springwood Club located at 2 Pannikin Street Rochedale South. 1.8 The interpretations mentioned in the Constitution shall apply to these Regulations.

2. 2020 MEMBERSHIP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

References in these Terms and Conditions to “members” or “membership” relate to the rights and obligations attaching to packages sold by the Club for each football season unless specific reference is made to rights and obligations attaching to membership or members under the Club’s Constitution.

The following table outlines the various categories of football membership and how they relate to Membership categories defined in the Club’s Constitution:

1. MEMBERSHIP

1.1. People under the age of 18 years are ineligible under the Constitution of the Club to become a voting member of the Brisbane Lions. It is for this purpose that we encourage all applicants to complete the ‘date of birth’ on the application form. Under the Club’s Constitution, the liability of each member is limited to $20.00.

1.2. A concession discount is available only on game-access football memberships. AFL guidelines stipulate that football Concession Members must hold a valid Pension Card – aged, single parent, disability or veterans affairs. Students must be enrolled full-time to qualify for football concession membership. A Health Care, Health Benefit or Seniors card will not be accepted.

1.3. A copy of a valid concession card must be provided to the Brisbane Lions with the membership application. Membership cards for concessions will not be issued until valid concession identification is lodged. Membership cards will only be issued upon receipt of appropriate identification.

1.4 A football member, having been issued with a Companion Card, may apply for the issue of a second seat at no extra charge to accommodate their companion. The Companion Card must be sighted before the extra ticket can be issued and will be issued in the name of the card holder unless otherwise agreed with the Club. The companion ticket issued to the football member does not attract any football member rights, entitlements or benefits. The football member is responsible for the conduct of their companion and will ensure that their conduct is in accordance with Brisbane Lions Code of Conduct policy.

1.5. Young Lion, Lion Cubs and Family Juniors must be under 15 years old as at January 1 2020. (ie born after January 1 2005). Proof of age must accompany an application if not already on file. Proof of age may be any of the following: copy birth certificate, passport or a letter from the child’s school on school letterhead. Membership cards will not be issued until proof of age is received.

1.6. All Queensland season family memberships consist of 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 15 as outlined at point 1.5). An additional 2 children may be added to a football family membership with the payment of an extra fee of $30 each child. Any additional football members under 15 years of age will be required to purchase an individual Young Lion membership.

1.7. The number of junior members who are part of one football family membership must be nominated at the time of the application being submitted. This must be supported by the child’s name, date of birth and a copy of their birth certificate, passport or a letter from their school on school letter head if this is not already held with the Club.

1.8. Victorian family memberships consist of 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 15 as outlined at point 1.5). Additional members under 15 years of age are required to purchase an individual football Young Lion membership.

1.9. Rewards will only be granted under the “Lion Hunter” member referral program once full payment is received from both the new football member and the referring football member. New Member = Any person who was not a member in 2019 and purchases a 2020 Brisbane Lions membership. Referring Member (Lion Hunter) = A Brisbane Lions member in 2019 who renews their membership in 20209. Competition closes August 2020. Please refer to the Lion Hunter competition Terms & Conditions for full details.

1.10. All staff and officers of the Brisbane Lions are ineligible for the “Lion Hunter” program.

1.11. Brisbane Lions membership is non-transferable. The membership card always remains the responsibility of the member.

1.12. The membership card remains the property of the Club. Memberships cannot be on-sold for any purpose, exploited for commercial use, or used for promotional purposes or campaigns without the express written permission of the Club. Members in breach will, subject to the Constitution of the Club, have their membership cancelled without refund.

1.13. All Brisbane Lions football membership packages relate to a particular AFL season. The respective membership fee for each football membership is valid during that AFL season only. All football memberships expire at the end of each respective AFL season.

1.14. The football membership fee is for one season. The fee will not be reduced for new or renewing applicants joining at any point once the season is underway.

1.15. The Club does not accept any responsibility for membership cards that are lost, stolen or destroyed. Lost membership cards should be reported immediately to Brisbane Lions MemberHQ (MemberHQ) on 07 3335 1777 or 1800 216 885. Upon confirmation that a card has been lost, a replacement will be issued at a cost of $10 for those reported prior to 30 August 2020. Alternatively, football Reserved Seat Members can log on to their myLions account with their account ID or email address and password to print a replacement ticket. No replacement cards will be issued after 30 August 2020.

1.16. All football members, excluding 3-Game Reserved Seat and Women’s team football members, signing up to the Loyal Lion auto renewal payment plan by 25 November 2019 can select the player that appears on their member card, providing selection is made before payment is taken. a) There are seven choices to have on your card – , Charlie Cameron, , , Hugh McCluggage, , Sharni Webb. If no selection is made, Chris Fagan is the default image. b) Members may not nominate a preference after this date or if their pack has been fulfilled. Members may elect to pay a $10 replacement card fee if they wish to change their player after this date or after their pack has been fulfilled. c) All football Women’s members will receive Sharni Webb on their card.

1.17 All members must comply with the Constitution and Regulations of the Club at all times within all Brisbane Lions venues and facilities. The Code of Conduct, match day ticket and match ticket terms and conditions must also be complied with. Any violation may, subject to the Constitution, result in membership (including football membership) being withdrawn from the offending party without refund.

1.18. The Club reserves the right to refuse any application. The Club also reserves the right, subject to the Constitution, to cancel a membership (including football membership) without refund to any member in breach of these terms and conditions.

1.19. The AFL applies a cut-off date of 31st July 2020. Football memberships for the current season cannot be purchased after this date.

1.20. Members should notify MemberHQ immediately of any changes of address or contact details. All members of the household must update their address details. Members’ change of contact details may be completed either online by logging into their myLions account with their email address and password; in writing, via an email from an email address already registered with the Brisbane Lions; or over the phone after the details have been verified.

1.21. Football Members of the Brisbane Lions with General Admission (GA) entitlements can scan their 2020 membership card for access to any GA area at Brisbane Lions home games at . Access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity and members are encouraged to reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. GA Members will be required to pay additional fees and charges when reserving a seat. Access may be gained to unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability and football Members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability.

1.22 Football Members of the Brisbane Lions with General Admission (GA) Flexi entitlements can redeem their eleven available general admission tickets to any Brisbane Lions home game at the Gabba. Members can redeem eleven tickets across the Brisbane Lions eleven home games in the regular season and are not locked in to use one ticket for each home game. Access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity and members are encouraged to reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. GA Flexi Members will be required to pay additional fees and charges when reserving a seat. Access may be gained to unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability. Redemptions become available to members in line with Club ticket on-sale each season and can be redeemed until the allocation for each game is exhausted.

1.23. All Brisbane Lions’ members over the age of 18 years are entitled to membership of the Brisbane Lions social club, LIONS@springwood. Members must complete a social club membership form upon visiting the social club to receive a card. Membership will automatically be granted to new and renewing members free of charge. Subject to the Constitution, membership of LIONS@springwood is for life. Brisbane Lions members agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Lions social club, LIONS@springwood.

1.24. The Brisbane Lions recognition program is based on the length of time a member has held membership with the club based on the following principles: • Platinum Members –members who have maintained their membership with the Club for 20+ years. • Gold Members- members who have maintained their membership with the club for 10-19 years. • Silver Members- members who have maintained their membership with the club for between 5 and 9 years. • Bronze Members- members who have maintained their membership with the club for between 1 and 4 years. The years of membership must be consecutive. If a member disputes their status, proof of membership must be shown in the form of membership cards or receipts for every year of membership - updates will not be made without evidence of membership. The Brisbane Lions recognition program does not yet apply to AFLW Membership (Women’s Season Memberships and Women’s Captain’s Circle Memberships).

1.25. Children four (4) years of age and over (as at January 1 2020) will need to obtain a football Young Lion or Family Junior membership with finals entitlements if they wish to be eligible to purchase finals tickets.

1.26. Premium, Prime and Standard Reserved Seat Full Members are entitled to purchase additional tickets for guests less than the price available to the general public at a discount price determined by the Club in Premium, Prime and Standard areas. This discount is only available on tickets in the same category and is subject to availability. This discount is not applicable to children’s tickets and is not available for General Admission members. Members do not have to pay variable prices.

1.27. All football members are issued with an account ID and password for their myLions account. It is the member’s responsibility to protect this information. The Club is not responsible for any changes that are made on this site if the member allows access to their account by another party.

1.28. Queensland Reserved Seat Members have the opportunity to utilise ticket forwarding and ticket replacement functions through their myLions account. Should a member access these services, the member or guest who is sent a ticket electronically is required to print and use this e-ticket. The barcode on the member’s original card will be cancelled for the applicable game.

1.29. Queensland Adult and Concession Premium Reserved Seat Full Members and Adult and Concession September Members are, subject to restricted numbers, entitled to two guest passes that can be utilised at games nominated by the Club at the Gabba during the home and away season. (Premium Adult and Concession Members with September Membership will be entitled to four guest passes). Members will be advised of the nominated games via the membership website and email communications. Guest passes are limited to 1000 tickets per nominated game and are available via member myLions account or by calling MemberHQ on 1800 216 885. For reserved seat family memberships four guest passes are available per family. Guest pass applications must be received by the club no later than close of business the Wednesday prior to the game chosen. Members will only be contacted if the Club cannot process their order or meet their request. Tickets will be emailed or made available for collection as per the member’s instructions. The Brisbane Lions reserves the right at any time to declare that a game does not have any or any further guest passes available throughout the 2020 season.

1.30. Any football member wishing to utilise their entitlements, including guest passes, must be up to date with all payments due on their football membership and additional items. The Club reserves the right to decline an application if any monies are outstanding on the account.

1.31. Orders for tickets to interstate games must be received by MemberHQ a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to game day. The Club allocates tickets based on availability provided by the home team. The Brisbane Lions bears no responsibility if football members are unable to obtain tickets due to home team restrictions.

1.32 Football members holding a Gold Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) card, are eligible for a complimentary General Admission Season Membership upon proof of valid card. Football members can also upgrade to a Reserved Seat Membership at a discount to the standard costs payable for such upgrade.

1.33 All football Members holding a pass that allows them access to all home matches during the season (or in the case of a Victorian based member access to allow Club matches played at the MCG or Marvel Stadium during the season) and aged over 18 years at 1 January 2020 are classified as Full Members of the Corporation under Clause 4.1 (a) of the Club’s Constitution and are entitled to vote at General Meetings of the Club.

2. VICTORIAN MEMBERS

9.2. The AFL may declare Victorian matches a fully ticketed event. In this case Victorian football members must hold a reserved seat to gain entry. Pre- booking of seats incurs additional per match booking fees that go directly to the ticketing agent. Further information on booking fees will be confirmed prior to the commencement of the 2020 season at www.membership.lions.com.au. It is recommended that Victorian football members reserve a seat in advance for fully ticketed events.

9.3. Victorian football members are entitled to access to 5 games at the Gabba. Members can scan their membership card for access to General Admission areas or can upgrade to a reserved seat at an additional cost via Ticketmaster or by contacting MemberHQ by the Wednesday prior to the game. Access to matches is not guaranteed. Access is subject to capacity and members are encouraged to reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. Members will be required to pay additional fees and charges when reserving a seat. Access may be gained to unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability and Members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability.

9.4. Brisbane Lions Victorian Plus Members are subject to the terms and conditions of AFL membership as outlined at www.aflmembership.com.au. Members can reserve a seat at the MCG by booking through Ticketek, or Marvel Stadium by booking through Ticketmaster. Booking fees apply.

9.5. Lions Victorian Plus Members accept that their personal details will be sent to the AFL and the AFL will communicate with them directly along with the Brisbane Lions.

9.6. Lions Victorian Plus Members have access to purchase tickets to international matches at the MCG in the AFL Members area for the 2020/2021 season.

3. SUPPORTER MEMBERS

3.1. Supporter members must be over the age of 15 years.

3.2. Orders for tickets to interstate games must be received by MemberHQ a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to game day. Tickets for matches played at the MCG and Marvel Stadium are not classed as interstate matches. The Club allocates tickets based on availability provided by the home team. The Brisbane Lions bears no responsibility if football members are unable to obtain tickets due to home team restrictions.

3.4. The Brisbane Lions may, at their discretion, contact Supporter members via email with a discount offer for selected Gabba home game(s).

4. COACHES’ CLUB

4.1. Coaches’ Club membership is available as an add-on for Club football members for the 2020 season. You must hold a football membership for the 2020 season to be eligible to purchase this product.

4.2. The cut-off date to upgrade to the Coaches’ Club membership is July 31 2020.

4.3. Coaches’ Club members receive the following entitlements: a) Two (2) free guest passes to a selected Gabba or Melbourne match, depending on member location b) Guaranteed access to purchase a ticket to the 2020 Toyota AFL Grand Final should the Brisbane Lions participate c) Priority access to purchase a Week 1-3 Finals ticket should the Brisbane Lions participate, subject to availability.

5. SEPTEMBER MEMBERS

5.1. Applicants for a Season September Membership must be a Reserved Seat or General Admission member holding a pass that entitles them to game access to all home matches during the season or a Victorian football member whose football membership entitles them to game access to all Club matches played at the MCG and Marvel Stadium during the season. Global Lion, Interstate Supporter, Lion Cub and Virtual Lion Members based outside of Queensland and are also eligible to apply to purchase September Membership. AFL Club Support members who nominate the Brisbane Lions are also eligible to upgrade to September Membership after the Club has received confirmation of AFL Membership payment.

5.2. Season September Members are granted Priority 1 access to register to purchase a ticket to the 2020 Toyota AFL Grand Final should the Brisbane Lions participate.

5.3. Applicants for 3 Game Flexi September Membership must be a Reserved Seat or General Admission member holding a pass that entitles them to game access three home matches during the season or a Flexi 11 General Admission member that has the ability to redeem 11 tickets for Brisbane Lions 2020 home matches.

5.4. 3 Game Flexi September Membership moves applicants from Priority 3 to Priority 2 access to register to purchase a 2020 Toyota AFL Grand Final Ticket should the Brisbane Lions participate.

5.5. Applicants are entitled to one September Membership per applicable membership upon payment of the applicable upgrade fee.

5.6. Football Members under the age of 18 are able to purchase a September Membership if they are linked to an adult football membership by address or payment.

5.7. Each member in a family football membership must purchase the football September Member options to receive the benefits of this upgrade e.g. if a QLD Reserved Seat family membership comprising of two adults and two juniors, means all four football members must purchase a football September Membership, for each football member of the family to have priority access to purchase a Grand Final ticket (subject to Brisbane Lions participation). Individual members in a family membership can purchase the September Member option to gain priority access to purchase a Grand Final ticket subject to Brisbane Lions participation.

5.8. The cut-off date for September Membership is July 31 2020.

5.9. The number of September Members is capped at 8000. 2019 football September Members have renewal priority.

5.10. Football September Members have access to the Match Day Social Club and Members’ Bar at the Gabba. Members under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 years and over, at all times.

6. THREE GAME MEMBERSHIP

6.1. Three Game Membership is available across Premium, Prime, Standard and General Admission categories. Reserved seats will be allocated by the Club on a first in basis, subject to availability. Three Game General Admission membership access is subject to capacity and members are encouraged to reserve a seat in order to guarantee entry, particularly at high demand matches. Football three game members will be required to pay additional fees and charges when reserving a seat. Access may be gained to unreserved seating on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability and members can upgrade to a reserved seat at the venue for an additional fee subject to availability.

6.2 Three Game General Admission member access is subject to capacity and entry is not guaranteed.

6.3. Three Game members have the option to choose the three games that they wish to attend from the home games played by the Lions at the Gabba during the 2020 home and away season however all games are capped at 1500 seats allocated to Three Game members. General Admission members do not need to nominate in advance, however, their seating is subject to capacity.

6.4. Football Members who select a game that has reached the cap will be contacted to select another game.

6.5. The Brisbane Lions reserve the right to nominate games as being unavailable or capping the available seats at less than 1500 per game.

7. AFL MEMBERS

7.1. AFL Members (having purchased an AFL Membership offered by the AFL) may nominate the Brisbane Lions as club of support and by doing so consent to the AFL providing their personal details to the Club, so they may be contacted by the Club.

7.2. AFL Members who have nominated a Club of support may purchase a Reserved Seat membership upgrade at a reduced cost.

7.3. AFL Members with Club Support may purchase a September Membership.

8. CHEER SQUAD MEMBER ADD ON

8.1. All Cheer Squad Members must be financial football members of the Brisbane Lions with game entry entitlements.

8.2. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult in the Cheer Squad area at all times.

8.3. For details on the responsibilities of football Cheer Squad Members refer to the Cheer Squad guidelines available from the Club.

8.4. Cheer Squad terms and conditions must be signed by the football member prior to receiving any Cheer Squad entitlements.

9. JUNIOR MEMBERS

9.1. Young Lions, Lion Cubs and Family Juniors must be under the age of 15 years as at January 1 2020.

9.2. Young Lion membership is available as a general admission or reserved seat football membership.

9.3. Young Lion members who opt to have a reserved seat must be linked with an adult, concession or family reserved seat football member.

9.4. On occasion, the Club reserves the right to move existing reserved seat football members to accommodate Young Lion or Family Junior members to ensure they are seated with an adult at all times. Any members affected will be notified immediately and moved to comparable seating.

9.5. Young Lion members may nominate the game for their pre-game clinic from selected 2020 Lions Gabba home games. Participation numbers are limited and will be allocated on a first in basis.

9.6. Parents or guardians will receive an indemnity form that must be completed and returned prior to their child’s participation in the pre-game clinic.

9.7. Young Lion or Family Junior members have no access to finals tickets including the 2020 AFL Grand Final unless linked by September member add-on, membership, address or payment to an adult or concession member holding those rights.

10. AUSKICK JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP

10.1 The Auskick Junior Membership is a bonus 4 game General Admission access membership provided to each 2020 Community/Club NAB AFL Auskick participant who opts into receiving an AFL Club membership at the time of registration, by nominating his/her AFL Club of support (Club).

10.2 If a recipient of the Auskick Junior Membership elects to change the Club originally selected, the original Club membership will be cancelled. A new Club membership will only be provided at the discretion of the AFL.

10.3 An Auskick Junior Membership card will be included in the Auskick Benefits pack and mailed to the participant by the AFL after payment has been received.

10.4 Auskick Junior Membership are not transferable, cannot be resold and are non-refundable.

10.5 Auskick Junior Memberships are subject to all other terms and conditions of the Club’s membership.

10.6 The Club and/or AFL reserves the right to cancel any Auskick Junior Membership without a refund where a member is deemed by the Club and/or AFL to have breached these terms and conditions.

11. PAYMENTS

11.1. Payment of your Club football membership fee may be made in one of two ways: a) Full payment: your football membership fee can be paid via Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, Money Order, Cash or EFTPOS. b) Full or monthly instalment payments using the Loyal Lion auto- renewal payment method.

11.2. Separate terms and conditions relate to the Loyal Lion auto-renewal payment method. These can be found at www.membership.lions.com.au or by request through MemberHQ.

11.3. Any person seeking a refund must do so in writing, addressed to the Membership & Ticketing Manager, prior to May 1 2020. All requests for refunds will be considered but not guaranteed.

11.4. All football membership prices for season 2020 are inclusive of GST, postage and handling.

11.5 The Brisbane Lions may amend these terms and conditions in its discretion from time to time.

12. CODE OF CONDUCT

12.1. No member, guest or visitor shall create undue noise, cause any disturbance, or behave in an offensive manner on the premises or elsewhere in the venue.

12.2. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times.

12.3. A patron must not, at any time, abuse or harass an employee of the Club.

12.4. No member, guest or visitor shall participate in illegal gambling on or near the premises.

12.5. The Club reserves the right to remove or refuse admission to any member, guest or visitor at its discretion.

12.6. The Club reserve the right to, subject to the Constitution, cancel a member’s membership without refund where that member is deemed by the Club to have breached these terms and conditions.

12.7 All members and their guests must comply with the terms of entry for the Gabba for all events at the Stadium.

13. MISCELLANEOUS

13.1. The Brisbane Lions are committed to protecting the privacy of its Members. Information collected will be stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. View the Policy at www.lions.com.au or contact 07 3335 1777 or 1800 216 885.

13.2. Pursuant to the No Smoking laws in Queensland, all Brisbane Lions venues are non-smoking venues.

13.3. All members must at all times do everything within their power and control to protect and enhance the reputation and good name of Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club.

13.4. The Club may, in accordance with the Constitution, from time to time where reasonably necessary vary the terms and conditions of Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club Membership. The Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club will communicate any change to its membership terms and conditions via the Club website. Members will have no claim against the Brisbane Lions Australian Football Club by reason of any change made to its membership terms and conditions.

3. GENERAL CONDUCT 3.1 No Member, guest or visitor shall create undue noise, cause any disturbance, or behave in an offensive manner on the premises or elsewhere in the venue. 3.2 Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests at all times. 3.3 A patron must not, at any time, abuse or harass an employee of the Club. 3.4 No Member, guest or visitor shall participate in illegal gambling on or near the premises. 3.5 Club management reserves the right to refuse admission, or have removed any Member, guest or visitor from the premises at their discretion. 3.6 Pursuant to the No Smoking laws in Queensland, all venues are no smoking venues from 1st January, 2005. 3.7 All corporate facilities are governed by a Code of Conduct. In using the corporate facilities you and your guests are bound by that Code of Conduct. Use of the facilities is deemed acceptance of the Code of Conduct.

4. LIONS@SPRINWOODSOCIAL CLUB 4.1 The premises shall be open from 10am to 12pm on Sunday to Saturday, or such other hours as the Manager shall determine. 4.2 Members, guests and visitors must be appropriately attired at all times. Management has the right to determine whether clothing being worn is of an acceptable standard. The following may not be worn at any time on the premises: (a) Hats (other than ladies dress hats) (b) Singlets/shirts with sleeves cut off or ripped out (c) Swimwear (d) Thongs (e) Any apparel (or lack of apparel) which the Manager considers to be offensive to a significant number of people. 4.3 Members may bring their guests to Lions@Springwood, subject to capacity.

5. CHILDREN Children must remain in the company of a responsible adult at all times. Under no circumstances may a child approach the bar or be in the immediate vicinity of any gaming machines.

6. MISCONDUCT 6.1 If the conduct of any Members is, in the opinion of the Board, injurious to the character of the Club or objectionable in any respect, that Member may be suspended or expelled from the Club. 6.2 A Member is directly responsible for the actions, behaviour and debts of any guest whom they signed into the Club and must account to the Board for any contravention of the Club Regulations by their guest

7. MEMBERS CONDUCT 7.1 The following Regulations shall apply to all members of the Corporation in all classes of membership as defined in Clause 4 of the Constitution of the Corporation. 7.2 A member shall not whether on the Corporation's property or property which the Corporation occupies or at any venue at which the Corporation's Team or members thereof are in attendance or competing: a) assault any other person; b) act in an offensive or obscene manner; c) use profane, indecent or obscene language; d) use threatening, abusive or insulting words; e) behave in an improper or riotous manner. 7.3 Any breach of the preceding Regulations shall be dealt with by the Board as conduct prejudicial to the interests of the Club under the provisions of Section 4 of the Constitution.

8. MISCELLANEOUS 8.1 All suggestions and complaints shall be made to the Club in writing and signed by the member making the same. 8.2 The Club has a Privacy Policy and all personal information will be treated by the Club in accordance with this Policy. 8.3 Any matter connected with the day to day management of the Club not otherwise provided for by these regulations may be dealt with by the Board, whose direction may be binding on all Members. 8.4 The decision of the Board on the meaning or interpretation of any Rule or Regulation shall be conclusive and binding on all members of the Club, unless and until such decision shall be overruled by a General Meeting. In the event of any such decision being overruled by a General Meeting, such overruling shall not invalidate any act done prior to such overruling on the basis of the decision overruled. 8.5 The Board may decide to amend, rescind or add to these Regulations at any time, and any such decision by the Board shall come into force and be fully operative upon appropriate notice to club members. 8.6 The Board in addition to its powers under Clause (7.5) of this Regulation may temporarily suspend or temporarily amend or temporarily rescind or temporarily add to these Regulations, and such action by the Board shall come into force and be fully operative upon appropriate notice to club members. 8.7 Any heading attached to these Regulations shall not affect the construction thereof.
