City Thompson Recreation Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013

6:30 a.m. Depart from Thompson Middle School Parking Lot – please arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of departure.

10:30 a.m. Arrive in NYC Three drop-off areas (subject to change based on traffic conditions in NYC) 1. Metropolitan of Art area 2. /Macy’s area 3. Canal St. (walking distant to Chinatown, SoHo, etc). Closest to World Trade Center (approx. 1 mile walk)

6:15 p.m. Everyone must meet the bus for the return ride at the Empire State Building There are multiple entrances, so the Exact Street location of the pick up will be announced once we reach NYC. This is the only pick-up location.

6:30 p.m. Bus departs for home - the bus will depart promptly at 6:30 p.m. We will not be able to wait for anyone. Anyone not at the bus for the scheduled departure time will be responsible for finding their own transportation home.

10:30 p.m. Approximate arrival home

Fast food stops on the way to and from NYC. These are quick stops to use the restroom or grab a coffee - please return to the bus as quickly as possible.

At the end of the trip:

Please remember to double check that you have all your personal belongings with you.

Please remove from the bus all cups, cans, food wrappers when you leave. Thank you.

Please remember to show your appreciation by tipping the driver.
