Richmond, BC – In addition to selling over thirty million records, has been an internationally known singer, and producer for over twenty years. A pop radio staple from the late 80’s through the 90’s, he has written a total of thirty-seven Top 30 chart hits including “Don’t Mean Nothing,” “Should’ve Known Better,” “,” “,” “Satisfied,” ”,” “Hazard” and “Now and Forever.”

Marx has also written and produced mega-hits for several other artists as diverse as Barbara Streisand, Josh Groban, *NSYNC, Natalie Cole and Kenny Rogers. His 2004 collaboration with the late Luther Vandross resulted in a Grammy Award for Song of the Year for their hit song, “Dance With My Father.” In 2008, Marx’s song, “Everybody” written with and performed by Keith Urban made the Country Singles Top 5. He also recorded two new studio albums, and Sundown both of which were released last October on his official website. The song, “Through My Veins” which is featured on Emotional Remains was composed in tribute to his late father, jazz musician and jingle writer, Dick Marx.

Marx currently resides with his wife, Cynthia Rhodes, former lead singer of the 80’s pop band, Animotion and his three sons in Lake Bluff, Illinois. He still enjoys performing throughout the world and will be appearing for one night only at the River Rock Casino Resort in April.
