Citation This order is the Retail Trading Hours (City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder) Variation Order 2019. 2. Commencement This order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. 3. Variation of retail trading hours (1) General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed, in accordance with the Table. Table Days Hours Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and from 7.00am until 8.00am and from 6.00pm until 7.00pm Fridays Thursdays from 7.00am until 8.00am Saturdays from 7.00am until 8.00am and from 5.00pm until 6.00pm Sundays from 9.00am until 2.00pm (2) Despite subclause 3(1), general retail shops in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder local government district are required to be closed on public holidays. 4. Burt Street Precinct, Boulder This order does not affect the operation of the Retail Trading Hours (Burt Street Precinct, Boulder) Exemption Order 2001. 5.
