If your friends are like mine, they won’t want to spend very much. In most cases this bike will function as a commuter. There is no shortage of bike-boom bikes floating around on craigslist that will fit the bill. The trick is knowing what to ask, what to look for when see- ing the bike in person, and what to walk away from.
