The Crescent Town Centre Retail and Leisure Development

Opened in late 2015, The Crescent is Hinckley’s major £80m commercial leisure scheme developed by the Tin Hat Regeneration Partnership.

It has created a modern mixed-use development, well linked to the town centre providing larger units to complement the existing town centre shops and provide a purpose built, well confgured retail scheme to meet modern needs. Britannia Shopping Centre Hinckley

This is the town’s prime 7,400 sq.m. (80,000 sq.ft.) covered shopping centre, with its main entrance of the pedestrianised Castle Street shopping area. Barwell Sustainable Urban Extension

Barwell is located within close proximity to the A47 and supports Hinckley as a sub-regional centre. A sustainable urban extension on the western edge of Barwell comprising of 2500 new homes, 6.2 hectares (15 acres) of employment land, a primary school, health centre, retail and community facilities is allocated within the council’s current Local Plan and has brought with it a focus for regeneration in the district centre of Barwell. Hinckley Park Industrial & Manufacturing Site

Hinckley Park is a new strategically located being delivered by local property company IM Properties Plc. Located adjacent to Junction 1 of the M69 in Hinckley, Leicestershire and on the border of the East and West Midlands, the park provides direct accessibility to suppliers, skilled labour and the Midlands supply chain.
