On April 9, 2011, Dr. Nance received through the mail from UIC the policies and procedures for co- payments of their Family Medicine Center. This is not what he wanted. Now, he will have to ask for UIC's cash handling procedures established by the Office of Business and Financial Services; along with a request for the cash collecting policies and procedures of their Liver Center. Dr. Nance submits his 2nd request under the Freedom of Information Act. Maybe UIC will stop playing and give Dr. Nance the records he requested the first time.

It appears we are returning to the wild, wild west. Get your guns out. I guess its okay to hold court in the streets. You can use deadly force anytime you want. We do not have to wonder why are children are killing each other. Evidently, the Illinois courts are saying its okay to kill someone if their dog pisses on your grass. An Illinois judge has sentenced a retired U.S. Marine to four years of probation for killing a man whose dog urinated on his award-winning lawn. This follows South Holland Illinois practices.
