RESOLVED: Whilst Aylesbury Town Council have no objection to the plans for the community facilities for the Kingsbrook development per se we do have concerns about how it is being implemented. This application relates specifically to playing field provision and needs to be set out alongside future sports provision in the development.

Sport have noted their concerns and we would urge that there is a co-ordinated plan for sports provision across not only this development but also across Aylesbury as a whole. The AVDC pitch strategy has stalled. There is a pressing need, today, for addition facilities for a number of sports, particularly cricket and netball (the latter could be catered for at the other plot currently proposed for Tennis).

We do also have concerns about the electricity cable and its proximity to houses as raised by a number of residents and would like this addressed by way of condition to ensure that any such installation is well within safety limits.No objection but the committee do have concerns about items such as the electricity cable and its proximity to houses.
