A Park over the Highway North Gateway Kiener Plaza The design starts with a new, dramatic park that extends over I-44 The former Arch parking garage was replaced with 7.5 acres of usable Outdated infrastructure and limited amenities have been replaced by between Chestnut and Market Streets and joins the Arch grounds with park space for festivals, concerts, and community events.
