Dear Exhibitor,

Welcome to America's Center! We are excited that you are exhibiting in the 22nd Annual Halloween and Attractions Show, March 23-26, 2017.

At America's Center we offer each exhibitor several building services that range from electrical to food and beverage. Each contractor has met strict requirements in product and service quality. Because our mission statement is "Becoming America's Best Center", we are constantly improving the quality level of the products and services we offer. Therefore, please feel free to contact me if you have any special needs, require additional services or if our building services are not providing the highest quality level of products and services. I can be reached at (314) 342-5120.

Along with our other various building services, we also offer licensed security officers to man your booth during the closed periods of the show. To order this service prior to your convention date or to receive additional information, please contact Jourdon Morgan, Director of Public Safety at (314) 342-5163 or fax (314) 342-5040. The cost for the licensed security officer is $24.00 per hour with a four hour minimum.

You will also be able to order this service on-site by contacting the Show Security Supervisor, however, personnel availability cannot be guaranteed unless the request is received at least one week prior to the first show date.

We are proud to inform you that America’s Center provides a complimentary Internet Café that is located in the Plaza Lobby area outside of Hall 3 on the 1stLevel. The Internet Café has 5 computers and one printer and will be available to use during Transworld’s Halloween and Attractions Show on the following:

Thursday March 23 through Sunday March 26 8:30am-5:30pm daily.

In addition, America’s Center provides a complimentary WiFi services in all of the inside public gathering areas outside of the exhibit halls. If you need to purchase wireless service in the exhibit halls, please contact Smart City at 314- 342-5004.

1. All food and beverages must be ordered through Levy Restaurants, the exclusive caterer at the America’s Center.

Contact 2. No food or beverages will be permitted into the Levy Restaurants at the Convention Center by any exhibitor, installation company or America’s Center any other entities hired by exhibiting company without prior 701 Convention Plaza St. Louis, MO 63101 approval and written authorization by Levy Restaurants.

Downtown Trolley There is a new, more economical way to get around downtown St. Louis these days, thanks to the new Downtown Trolley. Colorful Metro buses that have been painted to look like trolleys now travel a circuit that links riders to many of downtown’s most popular destinations, including St. Louis Union Station, Busch Stadium, the America’s Center convention complex, City Museum, and dozens of restaurants and hotels. An all day pass in only $2 and can be purchased in the MetroRide Store located at Seventh Street and Washington Avenue. Visit www.metrostlouis.org for details. MetroBus The Bi-State system serves most areas of St. Louis and St. Louis County. Call the Transit Information Center (314) 231-2345, Monday through Friday, or visit the MetroRide store in the Visitor Information Center at Seventh Street and Washington Avenue in downtown St. Louis from 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. Buses generally run from 4 a.m. until 2 a.m. The fare is $2.00. Greyhound Bus Lines, (314) 231-4485 or (800) 231-2222, operates service to and from the Gateway Transportation Center located on South 15th Street. St. Louis by Car An easy-to-use network of interstate highways runs through St. Louis making it a short drive to attractions. From the east, I-70, I-64 and I-55 head west across the Poplar Street Bridge MetroLink and into downtown St. Louis. I-70 runs through downtown, past the airport and west through Missouri. I-55 turns south past the Anheuser-Busch brewery and continues through southeastern Missouri. I-64, which the locals call Highway 40, continues west through St. Louis, past Forest Park and to the Missouri River. I-44 begins in St. Louis and runs southwest along the former path of Route 66 to Springfield, Missouri.

Vans, Taxis & Limousines Go Best Express, (314) 222-5300 or (877) 785-4682, provides van service from Lambert–St. Louis International Airport to downtown hotels for $21 one-way and $37 round-trip. Other area hotels are also served.

Taxi companies maintain stands at the America’s Center convention complex, at the airport and major hotels throughout St. Louis. Taxi drivers are uniformed and their vehicles must meet strict standards enforced by the St. Louis Metropolitan Taxicab Commission including completing a hospitality training program run by the St. Louis Convention and Visitors Interstate 70 near the Dome at America’s Center Commission. Eleven limo services, offering everything from town cars to super-stretch vehicles, also operate in St. Louis. Trains Amtrak provides daily rail service to St. Louis. Stations are located in the St. Louis suburb of Kirkwood and downtown at the new Gateway Transportation Center located on South 15th Street.

Downtown Parking Downtown St. Louis streets are laid out on a grid pattern with alternating one-way north and southbound streets. Abundant parking – 46,000 spaces – is available in high-rise garages and on surface lots throughout downtown. Additionally, 2,700 metered curbside parking spaces are available on the streets.
