Student Administration Student Services Center Student Services Center This guide outlines the functionality available via the Student Services Center. Users will find this functionality to be user friendly as it provides a single section to view all key student information. This functionality is meant to be a helpful addition to the screens already released. Information included in the Student Services Center includes: • Current student schedule • Financial information • Personal information such as the student address, phone, and email • Student academic information such as admissions, records, grades, etc. Campus Community > Student Services Center 1. Search for the student using the: a. ID Number b. Last Name and/or First Name c. National ID = SSN 2. Shows the enrollment summary for the current term Finances Section 4. Account Summary shows the amount due now and the Future amount due. Personal Information Section 5. This section is the most current contact information. Admissions Section 6. Click on the Academics 000000055 tab This tab gives the status of the student within academics, such as the Program, Admit Term, and Plan. It also give Term Summaries. Click on the Finances tab This tab will give an overview of the tuition for the student. It will list what has been charged to the student’s account, how much is due, and what has been paid.
