BUYING ASSISTANT

Role Summary The role is to support the buying team for all kinds of buying activities

Responsibilities

• Update and prepare reports on merchandise performance and sales trend for management review and analysis • Partner with Operations and Merchandise Planning Team in execution in order to achieve financial targets. • Arrange logistic for Buy Trip and follow-up

Requirements • Degree holder, preferably in Fashion Retailing, Statistics and Marketing • Detail minded, energetic and willing to work in a fast-paced environment • Sensitive to figures, with good analytical skills and sound business sense • Proficient in MS Excel (e.g. Pivot table & vlookup function) • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Program Highlights This is a 12-month structured & fast-track program designed to develop high-potential talents to be future significant players for key division of G2000. The trainees would be provided with:

2018 INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Program Overview • Obtain practical work experience and gain insight of fashion retailing industry • Summer Internship: 8 – 12 weeks from June to August • Part-time Internship: 2 – 2.5 days per week at minimum

Responsibilities • Assist in different projects and perform administrative duties in either of the following departments o Fashion Design o Buying o Marketing o Information Technology o Human Resources

Requirements • Year 3 or above undergraduate students with a bachelor degree majoring in an analytically, design or business focused field • Keen interest in developing a career in the fashion retail industry • Self-motivated, detailed-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility • Good business sensitivity and strong analytical skills
